Bini was amazing to work with moving our border collie from the UK to the US! During the process, she sent ample updates and pictures of our boy. This really helped ease our nerves about the move.you can tell that she truly cares about the well being of our pets as she continuously checked in even after our Collie had made it safely home. I highly recommend and will be using SkyPaws again if needed in the future.

Bini, Vicky and the team made a stressful time in my life and and even more stressful time for my two dogs go with absolute precision. Advising me on vaccinations for them tips on measuring them for their transport crates. I can’t recommend them highly enough, our move to Kenya went with the smoothness and precision that only a team that cares so much about their job of transporting and looking after their charges and treating them with a kindness as if they were their own pets. And of course hats off to David and Anthony from PetsKenya their handling agents in Nairobi what a team. I can’t speak highly enough of everyone concerned who assisted and placated this owner who had never been parted from his boys for more than a day. There must be a whole host of superlatives to describe all concerned but a heartfelt thanks from this grateful owner is all I can manage.

We have just used SkyPaws to move our dog from London to Tokyo. Japan is one of the more difficult places to import a pet but with the help of Vicky the whole process felt completely seamless and much less overwhelming than I thought it might be. Other than take our dog to his vets appointments which Vicky scheduled for us we really didn't have to do anything at all. All paperwork was sorted and we had clear instructions of exactly what we needed to do and when. We can't thank Vicky & Bini enough - it made the whole move a lot less stressful, and our dog who is quite nervous took the whole thing in his stride too! I would 100% recommend SkyPaws to anyone looking to move a much loved pet!

Yes you’re paying for a service but it’s the exceptional customer service that makes them stand out.

The great service offered gave us comfort, knowing our dog Ralphy was in safe hands. Documentation was followed through and then also working with our vets on vaccinations and tests and then also getting involved with our onward carrier.

Special shout out to Victoria, you are very good at your job.

Hopefully we won’t be doing any more moves, we’re now happily settled in Australia but thank you for your part in getting Ralphy here.

I transported by cat from London to Dubai.
Prior to working with skypaws i did all my research, and honestly the whole thing gave me anxiety. There are so many things that need to be done correctly, I was worried that I would make a mistake some where along the line. This is when i contected skypaws, they were excellent all the way through and they gave me confidence that they knew what they were doing.

Now I get to enjoy my cat where i live yay :)

I used SkyPaws to move my German Shepherd from Glasgow to Australia. The process was seamless and stress free. Would recommend.

I would recommend Sky Paws Uk to anyone relocating their pet. We have recently moved to Barbados and Sky Paws arranged the travel of our two cats- from start to finish they were superb. We initially spoke to Bini who took the time to video call us and explain what was needed and how it worked. As we had no idea on flying a pet this was great- other firms simply sent an email outlining cost. Bini went over and above and you could tell she genuinely cared about our pets. Once we confirmed we were going ahead, Vicky was our point of contact… she was amazing. She took care of everything at both ends and kept us and our vet up to date regularly. This is a stressful situation but Vicky alleviated that and made everything so simple. Everything ran like clock work and we now have two happy cats in Barbados. If you are considering using a different firm, don’t, you are making a mistake - Sky Paws UK are amazing!!!!

Relocating our Dachshund from the UK to St Helena Island via Johannesburg. St Helenas animal import requirements are very complex but the team of Bini, Vicky and Steve of Skypaws UK, were absolutely brilliant with organising the relevant tests, travel logistics and care for Archie, which put our mind at ease. Archie arrived safely at St Helena on 8 November 2025, and is now enjoying life in our new home!

The team and service at SkyPaws was instrumental in getting our beloved cockapoo Lottie from London to Singapore. Bini and her team provided us clear information and advice to the complicated requirements for export and import into SG and provided a service package with what we needed to make the process as smooth as possible. The main difficulty in this process was the myriad of documents required for the export from UK, travel with the airline as part of our excess baggage, import and licenses into Singapore. The clearance on the other side was also arranged through Skypaws and everything went according to plan with the advice, documents, and Singapore agent getting our Lottie from the CAPQ center over to where we are staying. Overall, I cannot recommend Skypaws, Bini and Vicky highly enough for their help, advice, promptness and empathy throughout the process.

I had sky paws when I moved my 4 chihuahuas to Thailand this week. They were fantastic and professional. Made taking the dogs to another country so easy, no stress at all, talked me through every step of the way, sent photos of the dogs travelling and delivered to me very happy. Would trust them over and over again. Bini and Victoria are super professional and very nice to talk to.

Bini, Vicky and Steve made a challenging process very simple and easy for us. They guided us, gave us very clear instructions that were easy to follow. They guided our vets who managed the vaccinations and tests required. They provided us with regular and very welcome updates on how our dogs were at each stage of their journey. They honestly made it as good as it could have been. They also managed partners in our destination city who were equally excellent.
We can't recommend this team enough, it really put us at ease knowing our dogs were so well cared for and that the logistics and documentation were so meticulously managed.

From Devon to Abu Dhabi, Bini and Vicky we're flawless every step of the way, clearly experienced, professional and place the wellbeing of the animal at the forefront of every decision. I expected the process to be rather daunting, it was not thanks to the clear and consistent communication, they did everything they said they would, when they said they would and it was seamless and we have our happy and healthy pet with us. Bini’s service was exceptional from start to finish. This was our first time moving our 11year old dog Bentley abroad, we were very anxious about it. But Bini was very reassuring every time we spoke!. She always got back to us very quickly with any phone calls and questions we had. She helped guide us through the entire process, proving to us she was very trusting. Steve came to collect our dog the day prior to his flight, he was lovely and sent us photos with updates off Bentley. Bini and Vicky has been extremely professional and great to help our Labrador move from the UK to India. Right from the first email, response has been immediate and with commitment.
