I used them a couple of times years ago. The problem s that I have unsubscribed, deleted my account, sent email after email, and they still continue to spam me with marketing SMS stuff. I’ve reached a point of seeking legal actions now, it’s incomprehensible why they won’t just remove my contact from their system.
Ordered from this company on 26th March, the order has not been delivered despite what the tracking says, was over £50 of goods, have been trying to call no response, has an email after contacting in Facebook, got a form to completed still no response, have messaged again on Facebook and responded to request the order number and now no response. Have tried calling several times a day and no response to calls, the service is so poor and they are failing to provide a resolution.
I placed an order on 25th march. Tracking said delivered. I have not received it. Tried contacting them by phone, email, chat and messanger. Useless do not buy from skinny food co!
I made a huge order while there was a deal on, we waited weeks and the order didn't turn up, they refused to fulfil the order and refunded our money then put the price back up (4 x what we paid)
A company that doesn't care. My order was placed more than 5 working days ago and I have no updates. Customer service are unreachable and they don't answer on social media. Don't bother. They are an absolute joke
Please do not believe the grand reviews surrounding this company......
First, my order took more than 5 days for it to be processed and shipped.
Secondly, my order had to be returned to supplier by courier due to inadequate packaging.
Lastly, it has been 6 days and still haven't received my refund.
Customer service is rubbish, should of known from the beginning. Hence, why the company doesn't even provide a direct number to inquire for help.
Do not be persuaded by the false reviews seen on Tiktok or YouTube by those who are sponsored by them.
Avoid this company at all cost.
