The easel is inexpensive. I ordered one to see if it would even arrive. It did and only took 3 working days. It wasn't left outside my door rather at a local store where I could get it. Then I thought, "it must be 4 popsicle sticks. I opened the package and it looked good. I built it and also used wood glue not included. It is a simple easel, but completely stable. I am completely ratified, so I am ordering 8 more to use in exhibitions. Perfect. Highly recommended for new/casual artists, students and exhibitions.

Super fast delivery
Impressed! Super fast delivery time. Just a comment with the spray paint pictures, it is a bit confusing and hard to see the actual colors available. Somehow I ended up with a pink shade spray paint instead of mate black.

The first time I ordered I was missing some stuff but tought I could give it another chance.. So I ordered again in October but got my package in January. Ridiculous long delivery. I don't recommend, local shop might be little bit more expensive but at least u get your stuff on time.

Bad customer service
I ordered my items more than a month ago, and they still haven’t send them to me!
Tried to contact customet service by email first, and now it’s been one week and no answer yet!
Tried to call them by phone, waited my turn for 40 min, and when it’s my turn, noone answered!!

Don't order anything here!!! its over 4 weeks and i've tried messaging them and no answer. Finally sent an irate second email saying its ludicrous that i havent received the products.
Find other trustworthy companies to source your stuff from.

Nothing after 1 1/2 months, do not order
We ordered a Christmas gift for my mother late November and now 1 and a half months later the item still isn’t shipped. We tried contacting customer support via phone, email and Facebook but not no replies at any time.
I contacted them on Facebook from a seperate account and got an answer today where they said it hasn’t left their storage and should be shipped first in a week.
Do not order anything from here. On the website in ordering terms it says the customer is obligated to pick up the ware regardless of when it arrives, which could technically be 6 months.
It’s remarkable how this company is allowed to stay up when they scam people like this.

This is a fake website which drop ships with NO stock levels!
I purchased an artist's easel (Staffli) for a good price only to realise the price was too good to be true!
After 10 days waiting for the easel to arrive I contacted Skapamer's manned customer telephone line which seems NEVER to be manned at any time and always goes to voicemail.
The item I've ordered doesn't exist and despite contacting Skapamer via email the only replies are pre-pasted responses which don't deal with anything specific, indicative of a disreputable online website that only drop ships as they don't have any stock!
This failure to properly describe actual stock levels and properly advertise the availability of items being sold on Skampamer falls foul of EU advertising regulations, especially for a company operating in Sweden!
Do NOT trust Skapamer and find any item they have online elsewhere!

To receive a reply almost 5 months after I left this review for Skapamer is indicative of the appalling company Skapamer is!
Skapamer pays Google for the highest search results yet offers its customers the WORST service online!
Phantom stock sales, payments on hold with no items sent and the worst customer service makes Skapamer a company to AVOID!!
I'm not surprised 'Due to many people contacting us we are at this time experiencing a longer answering time.' and that is because so MANY people like me who regrettably purchased something from Skapamer will NEVER use Skapamer again!
AVOID Skapamer!
This is as bad as it gets for online shopping!
Skapamer should be banned from ever being allowed to sell online and if you are considering ever buying anything from this company think again as you will regret your 'purchase', just as I did!

These guys are simply not good at what they are doing. They say they have good customer service but only have e-mail and barely answer. Also if you order multiple products and their supplier doesn't have 1 they wait with sending without contacting you. You have to e-mail them a couple of times till they reply and even pay for a partial order yourself (which they even state on their website at 'delleverans'). That is ridiculous of course (and bad from a sales standpoint), if you don't have a product as a webshop you contact the customer, ask if he wants to cancel that 1 product so the rest can be sent OR you send it separate without extra costs.
I have seen more companies that don't understand the value of simple things like customer service, quick replies and paying or contacting the customer if something goes wrong on their side (like when something can not be delivered). Now they lose more money by losing customers, but somehow these people don't realise or want to realise that.
P.S. Still didn't hear from them after 8 days of placing the order and contacting them twice.

Just the worst! I placed an order and after a month it was still not wven shipped - no word from them. Then I wrote an email asking them to cancel my order and they just sent email showing that order has been canceled withouth a word or personal touch in it! THE WORST!

I have order frome them two times this year. First time it took three months becouse they forgotten my order. Now I think I'm in the same situation, it have been 2 months since I placed my order i have emailed them three times now but they have not reply.I understand that its covid 19 but this is not acceptable.

I placed an order for 3 Zpagetti containing about 900g. I received quickly but one of them came with only 580g where I wrote 2 e-mails making the observation/complaint and one week later nothing was answered to me.
In addition to feeling cheated by the product advertising I was ignored.

I made order in March
I made order in March, but got payment notice from Klarna right now, that was ridiculously long in almost 5 months. I informed them to cancel this order within April, but it seems they ignored me. Luckily I make payment through Klarna, but I do not know what ganna happen in next step, since i report to Klarna, and make return order even i have got the product. I tried to call them, the phone number is always busy.

terrible web-shop, never buy from them.
definetly one of the worse websites you buy things from. I have ordered 10 book 3 months ago. They did not send anything until I contacted them to get my money back, then next day thet send a notification that my order was delivered 6am and the package was 0.1Kg places at the door front and I have been outside during this hours and no one came to our plot. I complained to them by email.
Now they sent email that it seems there was problem with delivery asking for my address again!
I have reported this company to police and konsumentverket as fraud and I will submit their case to the curt soon.
Wish other people will not buy anything from these online thieves.
