I purchased a hosting plan from sitechai.com and was disappointed to find my service suspended just a month later. The reason given was a violation of their "fair use policy," but I couldn’t find any clear explanation or specific terms about this in their policy agreement. They claimed my account caused "Excess usage on their server which affect their server load." — yet there were no prior warnings or detailed metrics provided. This lack of transparency and communication is frustrating and feels unreasonable.

Unfortunately, this type of suspension cannot always be notified through a prior ticket. On shared hosting plans, excessive usage from your script was bypassing the intended usage limits, which affected other users on the same server. For this reason, we had to stop this usage immediately without prior warning.

When I contact them, they tell me to purchase a separate email service. They are also trying to do business with me here. On the other hand, their response time is very poor. I hope no one else gets scammed by their service like I did. Try something else that's better. They make trap with give Discount offer. Don't make your foot on that trap.

Very disappointed with the support service. My website suddenly went down, even though both my domain and hosting are purchased from them. I contacted their support immediately, but there has been no response for over 24 hours.
This is completely unacceptable. If you're considering buying from SiteChai, think twice. Poor support like this can seriously harm your business.

The worst service I got from this provider, Even The free hosting provider provides much more services than they do. The sites speed is nothing but the worst. I recommend to use the free services available on Internet instead of using their services. They didn't even care to inform anything befor any security update or something. Just worst.
