I bought the 120v for my washing machines and 240v for my electric dryer. Why not just buy coin operated machines? Well with this set up you can buy any brand washer and dryer you want and swap out the machines when they eventually break. High end washer and dryers are less expensive than “coin operated” machines geared towards business.
Chih knows his stuff. Questions and comments are answered thoughtfully thoroughly and in real time. After sales support is superior in every respect.
I will continue to do business with Sintron and Chih.

I have purchase 9 of these machines, they are not yet in use but so far testing has been working very well. Customer service is second to none. Chen was very responsive and always helpful. He even customized the program so I could charge the correct tax rate for Ontario Canada. Very positive experience so far! Thank you Sintron!

The boxes are well made and the electronics on the inside look very organized. I had a couple questions and they were answered very quickly over email. 5 stars for the product, and for customer service!

I have a house-sharing arrangement with household level laundry use. Commercial coin machines seemed overkill so I took a chance on this Sintron option. The 110 and 220v machines set up very easily and are well thought out to prevent casual tampering. Setting the timer on the 110v was simple, using the directions in the link provided. The 220v needed me to use a laptop to communicate w/the machine. Directions were a bit confusing for me but chen chih feng with Sintron was very responsive and helpful by email after which the 220v timer setup was very quick.
Both working as they should, impressive machines for the price, surprisingly good support.
