Great price, Richard in sales was very helpful and we received the sink on the day due delivery. A slight criticism was that the driver should have waited 15 minutes while we checked the sink was okay. He never waited however the sink was okay so no problem.

Customer services answer the phone and deal with problems quickly

I called Sinksandtaps.com when my Blanco kitchen sink waste sprang a leak. Simon was extremely helpful and practically talked me out of paying for replacement parts - he had a few spare bits lying around and offered to send them to me instead. I sent him a photo of the faulty waste and he sent replacement parts at no cost. The parts arrived and were an exact match. Rare to find someone so helpful and prepared to take the time go that little bit further. Many thanks.

We tried a lot of company's even blanco them selves to replace our old blanco sink to no avail. Phoned sinksandtaps & the wonderful Simon sourced the sink, drainer & now fitted. A Big thank you to them for a wonderful efficient service.

We needed a Shaws sink quickly as I thought it would only take a few days to get but found the earliest I could get one was three weeks! I called sinksandtaps and they delivered my new Ribchester sink in a car the next day. Beautiful sink, looks fabulous. Thank you.

I ordered a Franke mixer tap at the end of November and it was delivered within a couple of days. However, I didn't have it fitted until 17 December. On 12 January the anti-splash plastic fitting in the spout of the tap dropped out and I was unable to re-fit it. I thought it had split in two as there was still some plastic left in the tap spout. I e-mailed Sinks and Taps and told them what had happened. No rely. I e-mailed them a second time and flagged my message High Priority as I wanted to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. To date I have still not had a reply.

Luckily I contacted the manufacturer, Franke, and the very next day they sent me a replacement fitting.

Even if Sinks and Taps do not hold spare parts I think they could have at least replied to my e-mails and tried to resolve my problem. Not impressed with their after sales service. COULD DO BETTER!!!

After a mixup elsewhere we had to get a belfast sink and tap set at short notice as our kitchen fitter was onsite waiting. These guys had everything in stock and delivered it the very next day. Sink and taps look fantastic!

Take care when dealing with this firm, I ordered a Hot water Tap on the 4th they took the money using their Paypoint agent. £679!!!!!!!!!
I HAD NO DELIVERY DATE SO I CALLED THEM, IT TRANSPIRED THEY DID NOT EVEN HAVE IT IN STOCK.
They have since told ne they had it in stock then why did'ant they send it to me immediately just like any other on line seller?

SO THEY TOOK £679-00 they told me they made a payback so WHERE IS MY MONEY ?????

Needed a Franke sink quickly after buying one From Frank's online site, they said it was in stock and it had been discontinued for almost a year! Karen found the replacement sink and arranged a courier to bring it to me. Well done.

Ordered Franke sink and tap unit. Arrived after two days. Works fine. Excellent.
