I placed an order for J-rails and rods on [April 7th] and have had no communication whatsoever from this company. There has been no dispatch confirmation, no tracking information, and no response to multiple emails or Instagram messages.
The phone number listed does not work, which makes it impossible to get in touch. I am still waiting for my order with no update.
Due to the complete lack of communication and non-delivery, I have been forced to initiate a chargeback through my bank.
Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend nit buying from them.

Good product , competitive price, reasonable postage fee (for Scottish Highlands), delivered on time in robust packaging.

We bought these and paid extra for a quick delivery as they were needed for a funeral. The funeral has been and gone and we still have not received them. Luckily we managed to buy similar at the last minute when frankly the last thing we wanted to do was to go shopping. So no idea about the quality but I would not recommend even if they are perfect when they arrive.

Order Arrived faster than expected and very well packed

The website was easy to use and the product was as described. I’ve used the hanging system in my bedroom to hang a picture frame and notice board. The actual hanging system blends into the background so I barely notice it now. Works great! Thank you.

Simple clamps work well with clear cord supplied. Quick service, good value product. Better value than eBay sellers by going direct.

Recently bought a large framed print and need a brass picture rail hook rated as strong enough to take the weight. A quick Google found simplepicturehanging.com who had exactly the hook I was looking for. So ordered 10 which arrived promptly - very pleased with gauge and look of the brass. I have used 3 so far, they do the job and they look the part.
