Silvermine totally saved me! I needed fast shipping, and they came through. I emailed them yesterday, ordered right after, and it arrived today! I'm super impressed with their speed!

I ordered a week ago, then got an email saying it was out of stock, They asked if wanted a refund or to wait, and I chose to wait. They ended up delivering the item and even included a little gift - that was such a lovely surprise!

I ordered three of Pokémon Japanese booster boxes, and it’s been over three weeks with no sign of my purchase and the tracking has stayed the same since I’ve ordered. I’m waiting to do a bank charge back in a day or so.

Speedy delivery, products nicely packaged, items as promised, prices cheaper than other websites, free delivery, overall worth buying!

Silvermine got me out of a pickle.. Excellent service, ordered at 1pm, delivered 10am next day, DURING CHRISTMAS, will now be my go to company for Japanese.

The free shipping option is incredibly appealing, especially give the extensive selection of Japanese TCG products. New items even arrive right after their release date in Japan. I sincerely hope this shop continues to provide such exceptional service. I'm very satisfied!

Quick service. The items sustained minor damage during shipping, but this didn't affect the unboxing experience. Considering the price and free shipping, it was a positive experience overall.

Don't normally leave reviews not because I don't want to just sometimes never think to do it. But my son got into tcg recently and we looked to start buying online and yeah I'm sure we all worry about making purchases but I can say without any hesitation that these guys are on the ball.ive had nothing but the best dealings with them so far. Everything we have ordered has basically been sent the same day if we have ordered early enough.i know this won't be the case all the time but it's the majority of the time. Point is if they can they certainly will. Have great confidence now after a number of deals that I can purchase anything from them regardless off cost and be super confident I'm getting looked after. I ordered a few boxes of Shiny Treasure and decided to return them. There's a 5% return fee, the seller explained it's actually from the credit card company, not the seller. I could accept this.

Worst company I ever seen, I ordered 6 stellar miracle booster boxes for the release dates, I just received 4 booster boxes so I run out so quickly, leaving customers without open more packs, I spoke with them and for the inconvenience they were going to put together with the 2 booster boxes left some extra things on it. And then they didn’t put any extra stuff for the inconvenience in the box. AVOID at all cost, do not recommend ❌⛔️

I ordered some products from here 2 weeks ago, and they sent an email saying that 'My order is on the way' on the same day of ordering. 2 weeks later and it still says the royal mail are yet to receive the package. Appalling service considering they're based in the UK, and should not take this long to arrive. I emailed them over a week ago and not heard anything back. Some of the worst service I have ever experienced with TCG products.

Shipping was really quick and came packaged nicely. Only ordered one booster box of Raging Surf and got the Groudon AR and Rika SAR, so safe to say these guys aren't ripping open boxes and weighing stuff! I'm gonna be addicted to ripping Japanese packs and have already ordered from here again and will be using them in the future.

Have sent multiple emails and multiple calls to this company including leaving voice messages! no reply to any of it ! the order i originally made shows up differently after purchase! in my confirmation email! i NEED IT CHANGED BUT NO ONE WILL ANSWER! (avoid!) also its been a week and even thought its the wrong order i still haven't even received the wrong one let alone anything at all

Review updated - My original view was that potentially this was a scam site due to no response to emails or whatsapp messages until i suddenly got a tracking notification 3 days later and a response to this orginal review.

Upgraded to 3 stars as items have arrived safe and sound but other than a comment on here there was still a lack of communication, on top of that i got a random refund the following day for one of the booster boxes i ordered with no explanation and my original order still showed 3 booster boxes being sent out from that original order.

Unfortunately you lost me a customer completely now given no communication i might have to pay a slightly higher price elsewhere but at least i know when ordering if i have any questions other companies seem to be quick to answer.

My suggestion and recommendation to you is to ensure that you have a way of communicating to your buyers, especially if there is going to be delays and even more if your cancelling part of an order thats been placed.

If there are issues on shipping delays because something is happening like a warehouse move then communicate that on your site, not everyone uses social media like facebook or instergram i cam across your site on Google when researching prices.

I normally only buy from Japan but Silvermine had good prices so I decided to go with them. It was much more practical and I didn’t have to pay for shipping.
