I’ve had a good experience with them so far. I had to exchange some of my items, and they have been really supportive throughout the process. Sofia, in particular, has been very helpful and responsive, and she supported me through the whole process. If I could give this company zero stars, I would. Please be very careful—they seem extremely shady.
They do not issue proper refunds, customers must pay for return shipping, they do not respond to emails, and they provide incorrect return addresses. The clothing runs much smaller than the advertised sizes, and the quality is terrible.
I returned five items, but they refunded me for only three. Please be very careful before ordering from this company!

Disappointing quality and misleading return policy
Misleading "easy returns" policy. Returning items requires arranging and paying for international shipping, with no prepaid label or QR code, unlike what most customers would expect.
Product quality was disappointing. Several garments were made from very thin silk that was not suitable for the type of garment, especially trousers. I have purchased silk clothing from other brands before and know the difference. Sizing was inconsistent, the cuts did not fit real body proportions well, and one item arrived missing a button closure.
I later found reviews from other customers describing exactly the same problems over a year ago: poor quality and problematic returns!

The product is excellent quality, and shipping is very fast. Unfortunately, the return process is horrible.
I've spent more than two weeks trying to obtain a return authorization for Order #102182443045, which was purchased for me by a personal shopper. During that time, I've submitted multiple requests and have not received a single response. My stylist, who made the purchase on my behalf, has also contacted them several times without any response.

Beautifully made bias‑cut skirt — stunning on the body
I purchased the bias‑cut navy midi skirt from LILYSILK and the craftsmanship is genuinely impressive. The fabric drapes beautifully, the finish is immaculate, and it looks absolutely fabulous once it’s on.
I’m short‑waisted, and the skirt is cut quite long through the waist, which means doing up the zip is definitely a two‑person job for me — but once it’s zipped, the fit is elegant, flattering, and worth the effort. The bias cut moves beautifully and gives that lovely, fluid silhouette LILYSILK is known for.
Overall, a high‑quality, luxurious piece that looks incredible when worn. If you’re short‑waisted, just be aware the waist length runs long — but the finished look is gorgeous.
