Almost perfect

The only reason it's 4 stars and not 5 is the delivery time is a little long.

However, the customer service team is 1st class and couldn't be more helpful, delivering clear and regular updates.

Would highly recommend Slik & Cotton and will buy from them in the future.

Amazing

Even though I had to wait a long time for my order (1 month or so) i still had amazing experience with the customer service. And was even offered a free order with expedite shipping. I'll most definitely recommend to buy from here and the quality on the rings are amazing.

Expensive garbage.

I just received my order, and I must say I'm quite disappointed:

1. They are clearly dropshipping, which means they sell low-cost products from other stores at a higher price.

2. Despite claiming to offer unique products based in London, everything actually comes from China. You can easily find the same products on AliExpress for a much lower price.

3. The rings are the wrong size. I ordered a size 12 and a size 11, but both have the same incorrect size.

4. The packaging is subpar, and it arrives in multiple bags even when everything is ordered from the same store.

5. The rings are riddled with imperfections, including white dots and scratches, both inside and outside. And I haven't even worn them yet, so one can only imagine how they'd look after just a day or two of use.

6. The bracelets feel cheap and are also full of imperfections. They don't even feel comfortable on the hand. I won't be wearing these products.

If you're looking for affordable products at a low price, I recommend going to AliExpress. At least there, you know what you're getting and at the right price.

Update some hours later:
After publish this review I send it to the company by email with the photos of the products. And I have received a full refund and an answer to all my points here. So I'm changing my review to 3 stars instead of 1.
I maintain my opinion, and hope you all take it in consideration before buying in this store. (but this is my experience, don't hesitate to read several reviews to take a decision)

Silk & Cotton Aries Ring

OK I ordered an Aries ring which was free and just pay for the postage and when it was time for the delivery, nothing! So I emailed Silk & Cotton and they asked me to be patient, no problem but I also checked with a couple of the companies who deal with bulk imports like sea containers and one young lady went one step further and told me that with those containers from China would be held up as they need to be fumigated, fair enough and she put on my email a link to the shipper from China which stated that the ring would arrive on the 2nd October, yesterday, it arrived today 60 days after first posted and it only took near a week from China to Australia. Very happy with it, perfect fit looks great with the Aries ram sign in the Center and a sparkle of blue dotted right around the rest of the ring. Well done sellers. Thanks from Gary C

Great customer service

Great customer service with advice that is easy to understand and manage. I had accidentally ordered the wrong ring size, I simply emailed explaining my issue. They replied very quickly with possible solutions, and clarified any questions I had without a doubt. Response via email were very quick and instructions given were informative yet helpful, therefore making the whole process a lot easier. Great company, will be ordering again soon.

Items arrived (2 necklaces) quickly and were exactly as described on the website.
I admit I was skeptical with the 'free - only pay for shipping offer' but was pleasantly surprised when I got them :)

I love Silk&Cotton's Rings

I love Silk&Cotton's jewelry. My husband and I have been buying tons of their rings. We put them on our keyrings to show off the beautiful selection. I have really small hands so I really can't wear them...and at this point, I have so many 😅😅. Probably my only wish would be if they got here quicker.

Items never arrived. Box was returned to sender due to insufficient address even though everything was filled out correctly when I purchased everything

EDIT: Changing to 2 Stars because seller has reached out and offered to resend free of charge. They responded within a day which is much appreciated

FINAL EDIT: Items arrived! Much appreciated effort from the team to respond and reship my order. Initial issues were annoying but the response time shows that they care

The products are great quality and I had to return an item for another size. My fiancés ring fit and mine was abit small, so I just emailed them and the response was quick, friendly and time efficient. Definitely will order from this company again in the future . They do strive for amazing customer service and repeat business !

Not scam, but low quality

Not a scam but pretty sure they just copy designs from the ring shop and sell rings that are much lower quality.
Looks to be drops of glue or some type of adhesive still on the ring
-- also took about a month to arrive
Got what i paid for i guess with only shipping paid

I will give them three stars because of…

I will give them three stars because of good customer service. I received two ring that were smaller than they should have been and didn’t fit. I had to send pics of them alongside a correctly sized ring to prove that the rings were not their labeled size. They offered to send me the next size up and I agreed. They arrived quickly and I’m grateful but those rings were supposed to be “stainless steel” however they are not. The outer layer is already rubbing off revealing the copper underneath. Not a huge issue except for not being 100% honest. Some of their rings are plastic too.

Sales are legit

I recently ordered a few rings on the "only pay for shipping" sales and I was a little skeptical but both arrived. I accidentally got the sizings a little wrong so I approached the company for a return and replacement and they were very communicative and got me a replacement size (all arrived 1-2 weeks from ordering). When a courier being used didn't deliver, the customer service found for me where they'd left for pickup and I was able to pick it up with no problem. My brother also ordered a wristband from them and all the stuff we got looked how it does on the website and seems good quality.

It's a shipping scam

It's a shipping scam. They send a box that has a shipping error so that it never arrives with your products.

Report their account on social media so that no one else falls for it.
