Great service that allows you to buy multiple items online to try on in store at 10% of the RRP. Visited the Wilmslow store on two occasions, staff were very helpful, even allowing me to park at the rear of the shop which saved me walking. Will certainly shop again from Sigma Sports.

An excellent experience- the team were friendly and knowledgeable and were keen to assist; and I left with everything I needed-I will definitely return for future requirements and servicing. Cycling can often be male dominated and that can be a little intimidating to the less experienced female rider-the team in Wilmslow put me at ease and no question was a stupid one.

Sigma Sport Wilmslow have been absolutely amazing.
I purchased a Specialized Tarmac SL8 expert,
Due to my size sitting right between two frame sizes Ed at Sigma Sport recommended the 54 frame not the 51.
On delivery of the new bike it was apparent the reach on the 54 out of the box was too long and there was not enough movement in the seat post.
Undeterred Sigma Sport replaced the handlebars, Seatpost and provided a new stem to take with me for my professional custom fit .
Just completed my first ride and the bike is an absolute dream.
I can’t recommend Ed and the team at Sigma Sport Wilmslow enough.
I would not go anywhere else for a new bike, thank you for such a professional experience.

Great after sales service. The shop at Wilmslow were ready to assist if my Ortlieb panniers did not arrive in time by Royal Mail.

It all worked really well. I went online and wasn’t sure whether to pick large or medium. I phoned the Wilmslow store and they said to reserve both, pay a 10% deposit, try on when they arrived in store and then just pay for the one I wanted. They arrived early, and it all worked efficiently. I am pleased with the packable Castelli rain jacket I bought

Ordered brake calipers for my road bike and decided to collect them from the store.

The parts were available to pick up same day and when I arrived at the shop staff were very friendly and helpful.

I did click and collect at the Wilmslow store. I ordered the wrong thing took it back and got a price match for the item I wanted. Lady in store was nice and helpful

Lovely experience shopping in the store in Wilmslow. I was served by Lizzie who was very nice, she made me feel comfortable and welcome.

I purchased some pedals on line at 10pm and picked them up the next day at 11am. Super kick response. The staff were helpful in the shop and offered some advice to help with getting the pedals on/off.
