First bike purchased from Sigma. Stress-free, fair and fabulous hand-over. Rather than having the bike delivered, I elected to collect from the nearest store just in case it was not my size and needed to consider alternatives. The Oakham store team members and especially Kane were great.

Trying on cycling shoes in a shop is probably one of the better ways to make sure you're getting the right fit. Sigma staff at the Oakham shop offered good advice and were patient with all my question They had a good selection available to try. Happy with my purchase at a competitive price.

Went in to compare wahoo roam and ace, staff very polite and made me feel welcome in the store.staff very knowledgeable on the device. Loads of bikes and accessories on show.

Great collection information and very quick. Collected at Oakham store and option to have email receipt taken. However, no receipt received. Email was correct but appears system failed. If offered, should work. Actual Garmin product very good. Recommend asking for printed receipt.

My purchase experience was first-class. Ian was very pleasant, efficient, and helpful throughout the purchase. Every stage of the process was great, including being sized for the bike, both before and after deciding on the bike. That was a great experience, one that a lot of bike shops don't do. The handover experience was equally good and felt similar to a new car handover.

The only area of improvement would be the clarity of the Intrest free Credit options that are availble instore vs online. This part of the proposition isnt clear, and did let the experience down a little and needs the HQ team to align with the stores on what the policies are and how to apply them.

Other than this, it was a great experience. The team are very professional, know there stuff etc and provide great service.

The staff are brilliant, the service is impeccable, friendly and helpful, will be very happy to return in the future and absolutely recommend to others.
