I have bought a large number of items from Sigma Sports and this is the first time a product was faulty (shoe had a defective thread in the cleat fitting). The store in Letchworth replaced the shoes without any issues. Great service and I will continue to use them as my preferred cycling shop in future. The real test of a shop is how they react when there is a problem. 10 out of 10.

Huge thanks to Alex for helping me get sorted with my new bike. He made the whole process easy, from sizing the frame to recommending the perfect shoes. You can tell these guys really know their stuff and actually care about getting you on the right gear.

Excellent service from Sigma Sports, especially Alex at the Letchworth store. He was fantastic throughout the whole ordering process—always quick to reply, never rushed, and incredibly helpful.

His recommendation to have a final fit before collecting my frame was spot on. He explained everything clearly and took great care dialing in my fit. When we set it up on the test bike, it was perfect straight away—no tweaks needed. Nailed it.

Been using Sigma in store and online for more than a decade. This time needed TLR tires in a hurry. Knew I was going to change brands but a detailed discussion based around the riding experience of the sales guy of several of the brands in stock altered my choice. Very happy with the final decision. It's what we all want isn't it? Keen prices, well chosen range, expert advice and a pleasant helpful attitude.

Took my electric Trek 5 bike which had a puncture at 1630 on a Friday to Eban and team and they repaired it on the spot for an excellent service. Thank you. We watched the repair and received all sorts of educational advice on future care. BRILLIANT!
