I have been waiting for my couch for 3…

I have been waiting for my couch for 3 months and it was never delivered and have reached out to Sia directly as well as through Maison du Monde with no response ! How can this be ? There is no response from Sia customer service, and I can’t reach anyone despite numerous emails .

DON’T BUY FROM THIS SITE/ NON COMPRATE DA QUESTO SITO


I’ll say it straight away, as things actually are: this company has shown a complete lack of seriousness, to the point that I genuinely feared I would never see my money again. Their customer service is simply the worst I have ever dealt with. I am taking the time to write this review because, had I read it before making my purchase, I would never have ordered from this website, and I sincerely hope to help you avoid it as well.

On August 7, 2025, I ordered the Myra sofa for €1,518 (including shipping). In early September, three packages were delivered to me: one contained a huge main piece of the wrong sofa, while the other two were parts of my sofa — but the main box, which is essential for assembling it, was missing.

Despite my repeated requests, I was never provided with a phone number to contact: all communication had to take place via email, with response times ranging from days to weeks. I was told that my package had been lost and that a logistics search had been initiated. In the meantime, I sent numerous emails asking for updates, to which I received no response — while I continued to keep in my home a huge sofa piece that did not belong to me, without knowing where my order was, even though it had already been fully paid for.

Only on October 20 did I finally receive news: I was informed that my package had not been found and that they could ship a new one. Meanwhile, I still had the bulky, incorrect sofa in my home, which no one arranged to collect, despite my continuous reminders. I kept it there for two months.

I requested compensation for the loss of my sofa, the absurd response times, and the inconvenience of having a huge package that wasn’t mine in my home. I was offered €127, which I accepted.

On November 12, however, I was informed that the new package containing my sofa had also been lost.

On November 20, they wrote to me saying that the refund for my order had been processed and would be visible within 5–10 business days. However, 20 business days passed, during which they did not respond to any of my messages. Only after I threatened legal action did I receive a reply: the refund had never actually been issued. I finally received it on December 12, only to discover that they had also deducted from the total amount the compensation they had promised me for the inconvenience.

Dico subito le cose come stanno: questa azienda si è dimostrata totalmente priva di serietà, al punto che ho davvero temuto di non rivedere i miei soldi. Il loro servizio clienti è semplicemente il peggiore con cui abbia mai avuto a che fare. Prenderò del tempo per scrivere questa recensione perché, se l’avessi letta prima di effettuare il mio acquisto, non avrei mai ordinato da questo sito, e spero sinceramente di aiutare anche voi a evitarlo.
In data 7 agosto 2025 ho ordinato il divano Myra al prezzo di 1518 euro (compresa la spedizione). I primi di settembre mi vengono consegnati tre pacchi: uno conteneva l’enorme pezzo principale di un divano errato, mentre gli altri due erano parti del mio divano — ma mancava la scatola principale, indispensabile per montarlo.
Nonostante le mie molteplici richieste, non mi viene mai fornito un numero di telefono da contattare: ogni comunicazione deve avvenire via email, con tempi di risposta che variano da giorni a settimane. Mi viene comunicato che il mio pacco è stato perso e che è stata avviata una ricerca logistica. Intanto, invio numerose email per chiedere aggiornamenti, alle quali non ottengo alcuna risposta — mentre continuo a tenere in casa un enorme pezzo di divano non mio, senza sapere dove si trovi il mio ordine, già completamente pagato.
Solo il 20 ottobre ricevo finalmente notizie: mi informano che il mio pacco non è stato trovato e che possono spedirne uno nuovo. Nel frattempo, io ho ancora l’ingombrante divano sbagliato a casa, che nessuno provvede a ritirare, nonostante i miei continui solleciti. Lo terrò lì per due mesi.
Chiedo una compensazione per la perdita del mio divano, per i tempi di risposta assurdi e per il disagio di avere un enorme imballo non mio in casa. Mi vengono offerti 127 euro, che accetto.
Il 12 novembre mi comunicano però che anche il nuovo pacco contenente il mio divano è stato perso di nuovo.
Il 20 novembre mi scrivono dicendo che il rimborso del mio ordine è stato effettuato e che sarebbe stato visibile entro 5–10 giorni lavorativi.
Passano però 20 giorni lavorativi, durante i quali non rispondono a nessun mio messaggio. Solo dopo aver minacciato una diffida ottengo una risposta: il rimborso non era mai stato eseguito. Lo ricevo finalmente il 12 dicembre, scoprendo inoltre che hanno detratto dall’importo totale anche la compensazione che mi avevano promesso per il disagio

Everything really

Everything really, from the most beautiful items to the fast delivery, although delivery was costly I did have three boxes all arrived together, one was squashed so I was worried, however all items were fine. I will definitely keep looking on their site, especially if I want something special, free delivery would be the icing on the cake. 🧁 Thank you Sia 🙏

never order here, poor quality and NO service

Never order here! Super poor quality and no service! I had ordered 8 chairs, neatly finished according to the photos, (on the site of SIA and VEEPEE, impeccable) model MILA. The chairs are delivered and are not neatly finished at all, everything is sloppily done, padding is too short everywhere, you can still see the staples in some places, there is occasionally a stitch loose in the upholstery, the seams do not run straight, the fabric slobbers everywhere. I had ordered through VEEPEE, but that doesn't really matter. So complaint via VEEPEE. First SIA asks for photos of all the chairs and the problems. I take care of this, in detail, even with an indication on the photo of the defects per chair. Response from SIA (and VEEPEE)... They don't deny that it is not in accordance with the photos, that there are defects, that I am right, no, but they say that because there are no other complaints (which I can't check of course) I have no right to speak, and that I can't prove that it concerns all 8 chairs. Well they can come and have a look, I have not used the chairs yet and left them in their packaging. The proposed compensation (including the implicit recognition of the merits of the complaint) is 120 euros. Well? I just want good chairs or my money back, what do I do with 120 euros and 8 chairs that I just don't dare to put in my interior? I don't get any support from VEEPEE either, too bad I only looked at Trustpilot afterwards, I'm not alone at all... If there are customers who are in the same situation, feel free to leave a message. My lawyer recommends taking legal action. For 1200 euros ? But yes, if no one ever responds, they just keep delivering junk. I still hope that SIA and VEEPEE will reach an amicable settlement, according to the general terms and conditions they are also obliged to do so. To be continued.

See response of Sia below. They choose to sell through Veepee or other suppliers so they Can deliver poor quality goods and deny all responsability. They admit they sell junk…but will tell their service department…What a joke. A few years ago Sia stoor for quality and service. Anyone with similar experience can contact me so we can take action.

Selon le suivi de votre commande, la livraison était prévue à partir du 29/01/2025 et a bien été effectuée le 07/02/2025, soit dans un délai conforme aux estimations.

Nous comprenons que le confort d’un canapé est une appréciation subjective, et il est regrettable que celui-ci ne vous ait pas convenu. Soucieux de votre satisfaction, nous avons organisé la reprise de votre article dès le 13/02. Lors de cette étape, nous vous avions informé qu’il était nécessaire de nous contacter pour initier le remboursement. Vous nous avez sollicités le 20/02, et conformément à notre engagement, le remboursement a été traité ce même jour.

Awful Quality - Not Worth the Purchase

I’m extremely disappointed with the SIA sofa I purchased from Veepee. The quality of the materials is far below expectations. Within just two months of minimal use, the tags on the cushions began to tear, and the fabric itself started showing signs of wear. The stitching feels weak, and overall, the sofa doesn’t seem durable at all. It’s clear that this piece isn’t built to last, which is frustrating considering the cost. I would not recommend this sofa to anyone looking for a lasting and quality product.

The matters came with Premium quality so we’re very satisfied and finally we can sleep on a high quality mattress.

I love my couch that i finally received…

I love my couch that i finally received after ordering it drom Veepee. the quality is great and i think i got a reasonable price vs quality. I compared to other stores similar couches would have been more expensive. BUT ! i waited almost 4 months ! And when they delivered it the first time, I was missing two other packages ! I also have a life and a job, i cannot wait for ever at home to receive a couch in 3 pieces 🙈 ! I don't know what went wrong, but seeing other comments i guess the vendor (SIA) is quite desorganised when it comes to the logistics... Anyway, now everything is sorted, but if I had known before this would be such a hustle, i am not sure I would try this experience again. I had to stay alert to receive the two other packages / make sure i will be home etc...this was stressful / costed me some extra working hours at work to catch up on being unproductive...
