Complete scam company that now appears to have ceased trading (website link is 404). Ordered Ninja Air Fryer at a really great price (if it seems too good to be true……). The item never arrived in the time frame specified. Tried to ring the mobile numbers on the website, no answer. Emailed and got a response about courier issues, blah, blah, blah. Said if it didn’t arrive by the end of the day wanted refund and was told it would take 5 working days. Told him not acceptable and I then reported him to the credit card company and they got the money refunded immediately. i should have heeded the reviews but didn’t. Fortunately my credit card company were great. The guy running this should be jailed😡😡😡

Avoid this company at all costs, they are a SCAM company promising bargain prices, take your money then don't deliver goods.

I ordered a Ninja Air Fryer on 16/02/2023 and have still not received it as of today 02/03/2023.

Contacted company on Monday 27/02/2023 asking when it was going to be delivered, advised it would be Tuesday evening - never arrived.

Contacted company again Wednesday 01/03/2023, was told it would be delivered Thursday 02/03/2023 - Never arrived.

Have tried contacting company today 02/03 via email and phone - TOTAL HORROR all now don't exist.

Email came back undeliverable and phone numbers don't exist as does the Website or the Tracking Company.

Absolute total Scam - Contacted my CC Company to advise and hopefully get my money back.

Do not use. Scammers!. Still waiting for an Air Fryer that has never arrived. Tracking number etc does not exist.

Payment was never taken for the item at the time of the order. I wrote to enquire but the company did not respond. Obviously the item never arrived and then mysteriously someone tried to use my bank card for an online transaction a couple of days later.
DO NOT TRUST.

It's a scam. Goods never arrive, "store" is just a "rent-an-office" business suite. courier is also a scam. They will just take your money and string you along

One big scam, i feel foolish for falling for it. Waited weeks for an item that just never arrived. They lie about delivery times and steal your money. I wish I had checked Trustpilot before ordering. It is now in the hands of my bank and Trading Standards

This is a company of scammers and they do not exists at the addresses on the website. I would also question who the people are who have made positive reviews of this company on trustpilot .......... trustpilot should pass on information they have ....... 02/03/23 update, the sites have now disappeared.

Exactly the same here, they have given me a tracking number but failed to deliver the item with "it is with the courier" stories. I did some hunting around about them and came up with a whole load of bad stuff.

The courier is also a fake EVOTEK LOGISTICS LIMITED is a nail salon

AJ TRADE LTD their holding company is a scam itself and has been struck off Companies house once before. Changes in their directors doesn't remove their previous address's which aren't exactly in the best areas in the UK

Previous address’s etc can be found from their company accounts

They have replied saying that they would refund the money but I have gone through the credit card company as it will give them a black mark.

Item didn’t arrive, when I said I was contacting my credit card. Online chat stopped. In hands of my credit card.

I ordered an air fryer which hasn't arrived. The online chat tells me it's going to be delivered on a certain date in an email reply they tell me a different date. I'm not holding out much hope of the fryer ever being delivered or getting my money back.I wouldn't use this company ever again

THEY GOT THE ABILITY TO MAKE FAKES WEBSITES LOOKING WELL AS;

Gosaveonline.com (Already deleted) probably by themselves. Don’t be very silly to think that they have been captured.

Shoppingonlinestore.com (almost same design as gosaveonline) same fake companies involved.

uk-retail.com (suspended by hosting provider) I don’t think because their criminal activity, but they said while website was working, in the about us section, that they are AJ TRADE LTD, which means scam.

Also they got the ability to put their nonexistent items websites on the Shopping section of Google, which means that when the people looks for something specific at a bargain price in Google search bar, the shopper can unfortunately end in this fake websites, and get ripped off, their identity stolen, etc

And some more websites of them that they should be working on, as they keep changing everything every few weeks to avoid being caught and hide themselves better.

I am doing all my best to follow this criminals fingerprint. Involving on it, ActionFraud, Crown Prosecution Service. Police, National Cyber Security Center and National Crime Agency.

Let’s see if they are the good enough to hide themselves and don’t face a few years in jail vs all the agencies mentioned and involved.

Even if at the end, this criminals doesn’t live in the UK and all the information about the fakes companies are stolen identities from previously scammed people, ILL MAKE MY BEST TO PUT THEIR ASSES IN JAIL FOR A FEW YEARS BEIGN EXTRADITED.

If you put your details on this kind of websites you are giving them all the information they could need to run more cybercrime, set up new fake companies, bank accounts, social engineering and many more stuff they do.

PD: and this one is for you scammer, we will trace the movements of the cash stolen, doesn’t matter if you use Railsbank, Kikapay, Voilo, etc doesn’t matter to how many accounts you move the cash stolen to hide better, doesn’t matter if you are in the United States or is just the vpn you use, doesn’t matter how many of the information you have submitted to open and run this kind of scam is fake, when you think that you are good enough behind a screen, never forget what you are facing, find someone better.

I have no complains.
I ordered a Ninja cooker, it was cheaper than anywhere else.
After reading reviews I decided it was a scam company, and cancelled the order and asked for a refund.
2 weeks later the rerefund apeared in my account.

Fake website offering low prices for non-existent goods.

If I could rate this company - 5 I would. Horrendous customer service if you even get a response. Took my money and did not deliver. Awful.

The site looks very professional but compare it to gosaveonline.com - it is practically the same - even down to the "helpful" chat window. The other Trustpilot reviews are fake.

The prices are very tempting but don't be drawn in (like I was with gosaveonline)

Remember - if it looks too good to be true it probably is.

I placed an order for a Bosh Kettle from this website and received it all new and in the original box. I am very satisfied with the quality of my order.
