Bad experience

1) I've received incorrect invoice. 2) It took me several days and 4 email to finally reach you.
3) I received damaged packaging - two oil bottles were leaking oil.
So not good experience

Great customer service from Mirabel

Great service

Great service, I bought a Makita multi-tool and got it in 3 or 4 days. My only advice would be to wrap the box or something. These days there are so many people stealing parcels and seeing a Makita box might be a bit tempting. Thanks!

I can't review the company or its product because I still have not recieved the product it was supposed to arrive on 21st May 2026 it is now 30th and still no product.
I have sent the company Emails and left messages but have had no answer.

I got scammed

I got scammed, I ordered 200€ of climbing gear and 3 weeks after still no news even after contacting the support who didn’t answer.
It sounds like the classic retail website scam and they got me with their low prices, go away from the website

Delivery was delayed, no comms.

Delivery was delayed with no explanation let alone apology, and no expected delivery date. Emailed mtn and had no response at all. Will not use this supplier again.

Firstly the order took too long to…

Firstly the order took too long to arrive due to a supply issue I think ?
Then I think there is another part for holding the visor in position that I should have also ordered in addition to what I ordered and now until I order it what I have got is useless.
