I had an issue with permissions for my admins and I made a ticket, after one response from the team again after they requested information from me, i sent them what they needed.
this has already been a week since i first made a ticket and they closed it and didnt help, might be changing services

VERY Realistic CAD/MDT
Very in depth cad one of the best I've used, only complaint is when setting up a civ persona on cad the only option is to use kilograms for their weight. If there was a setting on the AMC Community manager to switch between imperial and metric for the community I believe that would be a great improvement.

I would like a full refund. I clicked purchase before making a account , thinking it would just let me add it onto a server once I’ve done, but did not receive it. I also contacted customer service and got no response. I attempted joining the discord server but the community support is read only.

Everything works fine
Everything works fine, but that's just about as far as it goes is fine. End users complain about long loading times and poor system response times. I might have to consider another option that focuses more on system speed at a later date.
