I ordered two items two weeks ago and they never arrived. Can’t seem to get anyone to respond to my email or live chat. Already took my money and i am not happy that instagram promotes them.
Be careful of this company! My daughter had my permission to accept "a free gift" from shoplilac.com. We only had to pay for delivery of 12 $. I gave them my visa-card-number. My daughter then saw some more items that were "free" and added them also. This was added to my visa-card - AFTERWARDS. For every item selected I was charged for 12-18 dollars delivery cost PER ITEM, total cost of 59.96 $! All free of course.
I immediately sent them e-mail to try to cancel the order. Five days later I got an answer: No - that was not possible but I could get 15% discount of my next order. No thank you.
