I ordered a rod 13 days ago on May 31st. I was told it would be shipped out at the end of last week but have heard no word on it and is still waiting in shipment. I have had this happen about 3 other times here and can say I will never order anything else from this shop. If you want better customer service and faster shipment go to tackle warehouse. Customer service is super helpful and the shipping only takes 2-3 days usually. Im tired of getting the same runaround I always do from here. And worst of all they wont refund your money you just have to wait a month until the lazy shipment workers finally send your stuff out.

This look s a great company with reasonable prices and great customer service. They always have promotions going and you can find huge savings if you look. I was missing a DT6 and they replaced it within a week.

Karl's bait and tackle is an online tackle store that feels like a local shop right down the road. If any issue were to ever arise, they are quick to fix it and make it up to you with personal help. For example, once my power went out and my club membership was renewed before I could cancel, and Karl's happily helped me cancel my membership without charging me. Now I'm a full-time member because of how much money you save with every purchase; it pays for itself within your fist one or two purchases.

This the best tackle webb site ever. Everything is top of the line baits and ect . I was having trouble with catching any tipe of fish real before karls came along. Been catching big bass ever sense then .

I would give 0 Stars but it wouldn’t let me. I ordered Simms Bibs and Jacket around November of last year. Didn’t use them for a few months. When I did use them they ripped in the seams.

I emailed Karl’s immediately and was told that there was nothing they could do. Spend almost $800 with a company and nothing they can do.

I will be canceling my subscription and no longer buying from this company.

HORRIBLE experience since I've had this subscription last year. This year I couldn't redeem the QR code or the fully written code. I couldn't get ANY help by text, SMS, or by phone. Forget about customer services from this place, it all defaults to the website, which is apparently broken, not updated, or is just unmonitored by their technicians.

I love the prices and how fast they are I ordered a reel and it was delivered three days before it was supposed to be.

Karl’s consistently has great products and customer service! I ordered a rod reel combo from them and it broke in shipping. Their customer service was amazing and had another set ordered and on its way the next day! The mystery tackle box has been a great way to refill my tackle box and learn new techniques. These guys are great!

First time customer, and honestly with the price discount you get as a member is a huge win for me, since the inflation kicked in I was finding it hard to buy new tackle, having a family of five makes it hard to really enjoy fishing. Since they are my priority I’m not going to spend a lot of money but ever since I heard about Karl’s. It changed everything for me for the best. Who knows maybe one day I can be a pro-amateur fisher and go on tournaments here in Washington state.

Karl's club has definitely been worth it for me. The customer service has been superb when a couple packages were lost customer service was welcoming, responsive and solved the problem immediately. Top notch products and I like the random oddball lures as well. Only critique is I wish all the products had detailed descriptions. Cast on!
