Horrible Experience
I placed an order on April 5. I did not receive any tracking information that my order had been shipped until I saw it on my USPS dashboard on April 23. I had already contacted the company three times via email and one attempt via phone call to find out if my order had been shipped or when it would arrive. I received no responses from my emails, and the phone number had an outgoing message saying “this number does not accept calls at this time“. My order finally arrived on April 27 but the order was completely wrong. I had ordered four curtain panels, which I received, however, they were the wrong color, the wrong length, and the wrong header type. I have opened a claim with PayPal. This merchant is unresponsive and impossible to work with.
