Misleading and dysfunctional.
Advertised as glass dosing bullets — but what you actually get is a glass bottle with a cheap plastic bullet. Paid nearly £6 each from a “specialist” site, expecting quality. Instead: flimsy parts, valve pops straight out, and the whole thing falls apart if you even try to put it in your pocket.

If you’re selling premium, at least be honest about the materials and test your products before charging extra. As they are, these are unusable.

Fabulous customer service. I was unable to sign for the parcel and so it was returned to Shiva. They found it immediately and arranged to resend. All in a matter of minutes. Highly recommended.

I have made several orders from this company. Each has arrived in very good time, within 2 days and the product quality is always very good.

They also assisted when I had an issue, which turned out to be my fault!

While I was browsing the website a pop up offering a 10% discount appeared. At the checkout it did not work. I Emailed. Several days later I got an email saying it’s now only a 5% discount code. So I closed the account. Upon doing so the website says ‘SEE YA’ - not Thank You - We hope to see you again soon. That should tell you all you need to know.

Best customer service if you have any issues can rely on giles to sort it. 10/10, i never go out the way to reveiw a smoke shop
