POOR RESPONSE

IF YOU ASK FOR TEMPLATE AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEND IT, AND THEY DON'T, NOT GOOD SERVICE .

chat support was super helpful

chat support was super helpful - i needed guidance on which laser print labels would work for my application. they have a very basic online design tool that honestly did not meet my needs (curved text) and i also found their editor a little lacking in basic navigation (like - i wanted to save one label and then make another label design and i found their editor navigation lacking) - but hey - they have an editor and they provide just about every template a regular person could need. I used the PDF template, laid it on powerpoint, designed away, then deleted the template and printed. Worked like a champ for me. 5 stars.

Took way longer than estimate and ignored by customer service

One of the worst experiences I've had ordering anything online. They were very late in sending my order and impossible to get ahold of their customer service.

I ordered on November 3rd, got my proofs late according to their estimate (3 days later), and approved them immediately. My order was estimated to be delivered the 12th to the 15th (9 to 12 days after my order).

By the 15th (the last day it was estimated to be delivered) I had heard nothing so I emailed them that morning to get an estimate of when my order would be shipped. No response. Sent na The second email. The next day I called and left a voicemail, plus emailed for a third time, and there was again no response. 3 days later I got a very unhelpful email response saying they were waiting on the printing dept to respond and that my order was being shipping that day (the 18th). They never even acknowledged that my order was late.

The final insult from this place is that they must have used the showed shipping they could find, because the estimated delivery from UPS was a WEEK later.

I got the labels today (22 days after I made the order) and they are fine enough, but I will never order from here again.

It was only a $60 order so maybe they only care about people who spend more money? I would have been a very repeat customer for my business, but I'll be happy to go elsewhere.
