Felt like a home away from home. The property was spotless, comfortable, and exactly what we needed.
We ended up getting stuck in the UK due to the war situation, and Lisa and the S&G Property team went above and beyond to accommodate us during a really stressful time. Their support, flexibility, and understanding made a huge difference.

My rating relates to how disappointed I am with this accommodation. And if this were a hotel, this is the amount of stars it would get.
Sadly, the room had sewers problem. I tolerated it for 2 days, but when it was no longer tolerable and I informed them, they sent a maintenance guy, who couldn't resolve the problem.
I told them I had to check out because this has become unbearable and my frail health will be severely impacted. They refused to refund me the remaining nights of my stay, but only refunded 1 of my remaining nights "as a gesture of good will" - so they called it. So they got to make me feel as though they are doing me a favour... for having accommodated me in sewers.
The accommodation is expensive - too expensive for living in sewers. They said the reason they won't refund the rest is because I didn't give them a chance to send a plumber... I was expected apparently, to wait in the sewers flat for another day, whilst a maintenance fails to repair, so that the next plumber comes in, opens a workshop, breaks tiles and opens the sewers to "try and resolve them". And I should be paying for that. Totally unacceptable.
When I emailed to tell them that I do not accept this treatment, they didn't even reply.
Very, very disappointing... They fail on all levels.
I sure advise you not to opt for them. Sleeping on the streets exposes you to less sewers than being accommodated at SG accommodation.
