The software is horrible and extremely frustrating. Multiple times, as I was taking the course, I would get error codes, or the course would just freeze and not let me advance to the next section. I had to contact customer support multiple times, and they would advance me from their end. They absolutely need to fix their tech. It does not work. It took me 10 times longer than it should have to complete the course.
