Run away fast from this company !!

I would give a -score if I could. Do not buy from this company ( also trading as Sereen London) I ordered two dresses based on their Instagram pictures and videos, what arrived had no bearing on the dresses I thought I was going to receive. Poor stitching using overlocking to finish hems and seams with threads left. No chiffon over part to the dress, just one layer of polyester which feels like old fashioned crimplene!

You can get hold of them by mail or phone, only e mail which they don’t respond to and when they do it’s over the time over returning orders so they say you are over the time threshold. I have registered a complaint with my bank and am awaiting news !

This company is in to scamming…

This company is in to scamming customers. I ordered a car ambient light from them. They never deliver my goods. I pressure them asking for my goods. They sent me a fake picture that never looked like my house. Till today, the didn't deliver the items I paid for. They are scam.

No return policy

Brought a product from this company for a Christmas present we did receive it but it was the wrong product I have been trying to contact them so that we can return it and get a refund but there is no way you can contact them as soon as you click on contact details it take to a page that you can not use or it doesn’t forward you to a returns website.

Scam

It has been more than a month and I still have not received my item. I ordered a duvet cover and the customer service keeps telling me it is on its way but there is no sign of it. I asked for a refund and they ignored my question. This shop is clearly a scam after my experience. Do not order here! You will not receive your order or get your money back!

They're a scam

They're a scam! Dont order! I ordered a lamp, did not receive it. Their phone number doesnt work, emails they dont respond to. I've been trying to get a hold on them, but nothing works.
