Absolutely worst online purchase experience ever!

Absolutely worst online purchase experience ever! This says a lot coming from someone who very rarely leaves negative reviews. I purchased a $5.00 US digital item from "Melas SA" a youtuber who does colorgrading tutorials. When I purchased the item I never received my digital download or a email from them, but was charged on my card through PayPal. All they had to do was resend a link to download my digital code after providing proof of payment, which i did. This was over a week ago and they still haven't refunded me or send the digital item I paid for. I was straight up robbed and all they responded by saying was that I would have to go through my bank, who would reach out to the merchant, who I assume is PayPal and request a refund. Im not going through all of that for $5.00. But I definitely will be staying very far away from both parties... Selar and Melas SA, and i highly recommend you do too if you dont want to be robbed.
