Incomplete order

I ordered three items and received only one item but it says my order has been delivered. There is no easy way in the emails from them or their website to take care of this. Reading the other reviews has me realizing I will most likely not be receiving the other items but I will try.

Took my money with no product

Took my money with no product. I emailed multiple times and no response. I have asked for my refund several times to no avail. I can't even leave screenshots to prove that my order is just been sitting. Clearly, by all reviews, except the fsbricated ones on their website, they're are corrupt. I wished I had looked at more review sites prior to my purchase. Lesson learned.

I placed an order with Seek Bamboo…

I placed an order with Seek Bamboo about a month ago and never received it. A few days ago, I was informed that a replacement had been sent, but I still have not received any tracking information or any further updates.

At this point, I am very disappointed with the level of customer service. The lack of communication and transparency makes this experience feel unreliable and raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of the service.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND THIEFS...as many other people wrote I had the same experience. They said they shipped my products on 3/23...they did not and I sent an email on 3/27 notifying them they haven't shipped it yet. They responded on 3/30 asking me to wait a few more days to ship. I said no refund me and cancel my order. Didn't hear back til 4/2 and they said my package is on the way. Now I have to take it up with the bank to file a dispute, who knows how long it will take to get my $100 order back as a first and last time customer. AWFUL please do not support them, it's a scam using "black and women owned" to take advantage of peoe

Not a good experience at all

I actually had a good experience for a while and then I have no idea what happened but it took over a month for me to receive my package and when I did all of the items I ordered were not there. I understand that the mail can take a while sometimes. So I reached out to the owner who then only wanted to offer me a 10% discount. I insisted on a 30% discount so she did honor that. The downfall to this all is that they have sent me 3 packages and still missing the kleenex that I had originally ordered and then charged me again for something that was originally their mistake. Not a good experience at all. Customer service is not good. Will be telling my whole family not to use as I am the one who told them about this company.

Seek Bamboo - HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Seek Bamboo is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Ordered a box of TP on 2/18/26, they said it shipped on 2/19/26 but the tracking # said it was in Miami and it never left. After several unsuccessful emails with customer service I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money. They ignored every request and told me they were "escalating to the processing dept." When I told them I contacted my credit card company (who took the charge off my card) and would be contacting the Better Business Bureau, I immediately received an email saying the product has shipped. I wrote and told them I don't want it and had cancelled the order several times. They told me to "reject" the package when it arrives and I will get a refund. This is after 6 weeks! HORRIBLE & UNETHICAL SERVICE!

I ordered my product 2/25/26 and still have not received. I have inquired and only 1 response that we are working on it. I asked them to cancel and no response. Today I received an email asking me to review the product.

Was suppose to get my second…

Was suppose to get my second subscription February 9th 2026 and here we sit at the end of March and I have been going back and forth through emails with Carrie r Who is the owner and founder of seek bamboo and has been giving me the runaround since. I had reached out through the contact us email from their website a few weeks after my subscription was supposed to be shipped and noticed it had never left Miami. Carrie informed me that she would look into it and if my package still hadn't shipped after so many business days she would send out a replacement package. None of this has happened and I have been going back and forth through email just begging for my money back at this point and I keep getting the runaround of, "I'm so sorry please be patient and we are escalating this" seek bamboo is an absolute scam!!!!!

Legit company? Acting like scammers

Had the same exact experience as the previous poster. I placed the order a month ago, lots of back and forth with the company cust. serv. always a few days later. There's a FedEx tracking number but nothing is received from their end. I'm just going to allow my credit card company deal with the charge back. This is a really bad company practice.

Never shipped my package after almost a month!

I have set up reoccurring shipment with Bamboo for clean toilet paper delivered to my door. My next auto shipment was set and I received an email confirming my shipment on 2/24/26 along with a tracking number sent through Fed Ex. After over a week the tracking information was never updated and continued to say they haven’t received the package from seller. I have been emailing with Seek Bamboo for almost a full month with no resolve to the issue. They have charged me for a shipment and continue to respond to each email (several days later) that they need to check in with their “processing team”. No updates, no refund, no replacement order. I have never dealt with a more incompetent company. I would cancel my subscription but I need a refund for the last order I never received. SAVE your TIME and money, find a different clean toilet paper company!

Double charged!

Product seems fine. Super heavy paper roll compared to the other fluffy stuff. Signed up for the reoccurring to make one purchase at a discount. Immediately canceled the reoccurring after. Well they charged me 12 weeks later anyways. Did a charge back. Avoid this scammer reoccurring charge company.

Charged for a subscription that I never initiated

Update 3/18/26 someone got back to me and I requested a refund for the shipping cost only. I just received that refund.

I ordered a lot of products from seek bamboo in the past. Their products are “Fine”. I received an email stating that I had a product coming from a subscription. I never had a subscription with them nor would I have a sub subscription for only one item as the shipping charges are high. I double checked on my account and I did not have an active subscription.I contacted them and received a response that I must’ve had a subscription. I responded that I did not and that I wanted them to refund the shipping charges. I did not receive a response.

I questioned myself regarding signing up for a subscription, and saw that others had the same issue. Do not order from them. You may be charged exorbitant shipping as well as for items that you did not order.

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company. I ordered some of their natural sponges to try out and intentionally did not sign up for a subscription. Less than a month after receiving they automatically charged my credit card again and said I signed up for the subscription, which I did not. I blocked them from charging my card through my credit card company because I didn't trust them not to do it again.

I ordered from here and 3 weeks went by…

I ordered from here and 3 weeks went by without any shipment. I wrote numerous emails finally hearing from the "founder" Carrie but it didn't address my order. She ended up not responding at all and I still don't have my money back. This is some sort of scam and I am opening an investigation along with suing them.

Paid for a subscription and Never Received my shipment

I received almost the exact same service two days after Christina. I signed up for a subscription of toilet paper and paper towels. Which I truly do like both products. I reached out to customer service that I didn’t realize I had subscribed to receiving paper towels every six weeks. A mistake on my end, which have adjusted accordingly. However, they told me the shipment went out on the 20th and nothing has ever been sent. I have tried contacting customer service several times, which initially they were very responsive and now have completely ghosted my email. I’m saddened that this is how they would conduct themselves and treat their customers. I would have continued to do business with them and was looking to try out more of their products.

Unresponsive, and charges Paypal without warning.

A couple of months ago, I ordered a box of Seek Bamboo toilet paper. I found them to be rough and too thick for my plumbing system. My household hated them.
A few weeks ago, Seek Bamboo out of nowhere, sent me another box which I did not order. They used my PayPal account. They never sent me a heads up email that they were going to charge my PayPal account - a practice most honest companies follow before anything is shipped . If i had received the email, I would have declined the order.
When I received the box I wrote them an email which they never answered. While waiting for their response,I discovered that their return policy of 15 days had elapsed .
Based upon my experience , I now do not trust any of their eco-friendly, sustainable product marketing and feel they are deceptive. IDO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
