Poor all round.

Still without power since Friday afternoon.

When I contacted customer service, they couldn't even confirm whether my power would be restored before the weekend. No meaningful assistance, no updates, and no sense of urgency.

What frustrates me most is that payments are collected immediately, but when customers need support, we're expected to simply wait and hope for the best.

A very disappointing experience from Denmark's largest power provider

I am not a cutomer for almost 1.5 years…

I am not a cutomer for almost 1.5 years and today I still received a bill from a house I used to live , and that I have to pay it. The lack of competency and organisation truly proves its reputation on the market. And that, not taking in consideration the fact that the representative tried to convince me thst all this is my fault

Couldn’t give newborn food due to outage

We had a unique situation where our power got turned off because we stopped paying due to a combination of things (card got stolen/another expired). At the time, we had a newborn baby that relied on formula. We didn’t have the ability to heat water for formula or store it safely. When we called to fix this asap, 1) the billing department was ‘in a meeting’ all day and wasn’t available 2) the support line kept hanging up on us, and 3) when we did speak to a human they consistently said there was nothing they could do except send an email to the billing department.

Very disappointed that this company couldn’t recognise the critical situation and be more helpful.
