Very frustrating and disappointing…

Very frustrating and disappointing company, no communication whatsoever from the numerous emails sent to all thier communication channels after a month!. I NEVER received the product!!. Absolute SCAMMERS!!!.

Still haven't received the item.
There has been no reply to my messages or emails.
To say all customers have been informed about a delay is quite frankly a lie, as I've received NO communication from Scrubology.
I kindly ask for you to refund my money, failing this I shall contact my bank to recover the funds and report to action fraud.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. I made an order almost 3 weeks ago and it’s still not been dispatched. I emailed asking for a refund and had no response. Will be going through my bank to obtain back my money & will never order again. Useless business.

Placed an order on 15/4/26. Advert stated fast UK delivery. Had no email confirmation of order and heard nothing since! No replies to emails to customer service either. I'm assuming the delivery charge I paid included fast track. Terrible service from start. Still awaiting my order

Huge delay in shipping

Huge delay in shipping. Emailed chasing to be told that there was a fault with the site and now the products were out of stock so would need to wait until the end of April for restock. Was offered a refund of delivery fee or full refund so I was happy to wait and accepted the delivery fee refund. Since, still not shipped and no update! I've now requested a full refund and won't bother to order again

Absolute scam!

Absolute scam!! AVOID! Ordered 30th March, apparently it was a pre order. Then told 22nd April, then told 28th April, it's now 4th May and still NOTHING!!! Communication is shocking. Offered delivery refund even though it was free delivery. Do not order as you won't see your money or your products!!!

I ordered from scrubology after seeing…

I ordered from scrubology after seeing a review on facebook and bought a bundle which stated free shipping in 48 hours.
I waited over a week before contacting them to which they replied they were awaiting stock to be delivered between 14th and 22nd April and my order will be shipped on 24 hours.
They also stated that if I wanted to wait for my order they would refund the shipping fee to which I replied it was free but if I were to cancel and re order, I wouldn’t get the 10% discount which was offered on the order id originally placed!
The communication and customer service from this company is disgraceful.
I like others on here cannot be all wrong!

This Works

Ordering very easy and product delivered quickly. I purchased the rust remover for my chrome towel rails. This product worked extremely well. I have tried a lot of other products and social media cleaning tips but this did the job extremely well

Removed brown underarm marks on school shirts.

The soap bar saved my daughters' school shirts. For some reason this year's shirts were made of a material that retained brown staining under arms. I had used vanish, soaked in Ace, Napisan and voul washes and still the looked a mess. This soap bar got it out first attempt. Make up covered neck line disappears in front of your eyes too. I use it weekly as a pre treatment for the shirts and white socks. Adds 5 minutes but with it. Looking forward to trying other products.
