Cannot get any urgent communication with Supplier SAVYYTECH for a Video Doorbell app that will not download

I have just received a new Video Doorbell EARTH.
It is a lovely design and great colour, I ordered it on the 17th August 2023 from SAVYYTECH Ltd and it arrived this morning by Courier, all was excellent so far!.
After unpacking the doorbell, checking the content, l commenced trying to download the XSH Cam app and that's when my problems began.
After 4 hours of trying many variations, calling Savyy to ask for help only to get their answerphone, sending Savyy emails and whatsapp messages/calls and getting no response to anything at all.
I have a Samsung A21s (there must be millions of these smart phones) but according to the XSH app, it will not download as "my Android operating system is too modern".
So in desperation I am sending SAVYYTECH LTD this Trust Pilot message and wondering, am I the only customer of theirs with their lack of communications problem?.
