I recently bought a top (Black Ribbed Scoop Neck Fitted Top) from the brand Sassafras on Myntra, my first purchase from them.

I expected a light, stretchy fabric, perfect for summer wear, but was surprised to find it a bit thicker than anticipated.

The material is not ideal for hot days, but it is comfortable for slightly cooler weather.

Despite this, I decided to keep it because the design is trendy and well-made, adding a stylish touch to my wardrobe.

If you are looking for something breathable, this may not be it, but for mild days, it is a great choice!

Scam by Sassafras , Fraud Alert
1. I ordered on 21st October 2024 and the delivery was promised within 2-3 days. The support team and the call team are not helpful.
2. Classic example of never immediately jump to buy the products from advertisements displayed in instagram, google etc. Fraud alert !!!
3. Sassafras products were displayed in amazon before now no wonder they (Sassafras) got removed from Amazon. Scammers.

Scammer, Fraudster, Wanted to Return, Team unresponsive, unable to Return my order.
Worst experience ever, reached out 100 times to support team, didn’t respond, not getting returned. Worst company ever. Never buy from Sassfaras, Lost almost 6k beacuse of them.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with sassafras. Prepaid order never arrived despite numerous follow-ups. No refund or update on order status. Unresponsive customer support.

Avoid sassafras! Lack of accountability and poor customer service make them unreliable.

initiated for a replacement but it's been more than a month I didn't get my product yet and contacted them through email several times they just give lame bot like replies everytime that they're working on it bla bla. Now I neither got my money nor the product. Raised a complaint against them in consumer forum.

I ordered a dress dec third week 2023 till now not received..neither they have proper contact number nor email they dont reply ...pathetic service...

1 star bhi dene jaisa hein nahi ..pehle prepaid payment me do delivery achchi rahi...uske baad parcel me 2 dress ki jagah 1 damage pcs bheja...call kare ..Gmail kara no any response..mera prepaid payment tha gaya ..2750 ka chuna laga...kya ye business long-term chalega...????ye paise jindagi bhar chalenge!???...kitni mehnat karke hum kamate he fever wale bhi kaam pe chale jate he... prepaid payment ho ya post pls parcel me chithre niklenge and cheating karte he ye log...pls alert

They are fraudsters!!! I ordered a dress which showed delivery within 7 days. It has been more that 15 days now. They won't respond to any mails, they won't refund me the the money back, they don't have any customer service numbers to call! Losers!!!!! Pathetic service!!!!!!!!!
Over that they provide a scam tracking link which never gets updated!!!!

I shouldn't give even one star for this shae by sassafras. Total scam. Cheating customers. How do you sleep in the night.? Allah will not leave such bad people who cheats others. Mark my words. You will be punished by God.
Recently I ordered (Flipkart) shae by sassafras brand blue skirt but I received one black cloth material. I was shocked.i don't know to how many people you are sending black cloth material instead of blue skirt. I paid rs.724. It showed my order canceled in flipkart but received the order (black cloth) one day before. I will definently take this matter to the law. Wherever you are , you will be caught. If I don't get my refund money. I will inform press, Facebook and other social medias and alert people and law. I have sources. Instead of Taking people's money illegally , you can beg in the streets. Atleast that is decent and accepted. Shae took my hard earned money. My curse will not go waste. Wait and see.

They are fraudsters. I have ordered dress from their official website and I am unable to track my order Also, when i am trying to search with the order id. It says order not found.

This a scam website, I ordered something on 26th and no response yet. No replies to email except for the standard template response. Extremely frustrating and tiring.

Very very bad experience . 1838 RS dedicated from Account and no order number is created for it and worst customer care services no one reply over email and no contact number available never buy any thing from this company I want my money back ASAP.

Worst service you cannot connect with anyone over call and the emails are also not delivered. Have purchased for 4000 rs and return and exchanged order been more than 30 days no reply/ response.
Wont suggest to purchase from Sassafras.in

No response company , urgent responses are not taken care of .. no contact tel no is available .. it’s a mystery company .. no one calls you back .. crazy company crazy people

SCAM site. They CHEAT customers. Dispatch INCOMPLETE orders. NO REFUND for returned items or MISSING ITEMS.
They should be taken to court and put behind bars. THIEVES!!
STOLEN 4500 RS OF MINE!

I ordered two kurtas but received only one.. my one product was missing and I mailed it too many times but no one help me out

Dress as shown was delivered.
Packing was also good. But dress was dusty and had dust marks here and there.

Please mention proper sizes...as the sizes marked were not appropriate ..I want to return the products
.but a return pick up is still not assigned
