Bought TV bracket SANUS FMF319-B2 which says it supports VESA 200x100 but then the instructions show minimum screw centres which 200x100 fails.
Tried all UK support options - emailing them on av.sanus.europe... but nothing, tried their online form and got "We're sorry…You've received an error 500" and their UK hotline (what a joke) 0800 056 2853 has a fault dial tone - has been like that for days.

I bought a Sanus TV Wall Bracket Full…

I bought a Sanus TV Wall Bracket Full Motion 32-47" and it far exceeded my expectations. This is a well made, solid quality product that comes with all the nuts, bolts, washers, rawl plugs and screws that you could possibly need together with excellent fixing instructions (and video if required).
I'm very pleased with it and would recommend it to others

It took me a while to figure out the wall mounting: there was a missing clamp screw that turned out to have a non-metric thread, the clamp was not mentioned anywhere in the instructions. It was also attached loosely to the assembly and looked like an afterthought. It wasn't in a special place in the packing or in a plastic bag. It clamps the main cantilever assembly to the lower rail of the wall-mount but with only one screw provided the whole thing is a bit precarious. It's really annoying that they used a non metric thread for this ill-fitting clamp when everything else is metric. I have a drawer full of metric bolts with various head types but none is any use.

Also the graduations on the TV side of the assembly are asymmetrical — I was trying to align the vertical TV supports so that they were parallel and equidistant from the centre according to the markers, but I found that the markers were asymmetrical by about 4.5 mm!

To get the mounting height, they provide a QR code, which links to their web site. Although they provide hundreds of LG model numbers, my TV OLED65C56LB, was not in the list. This was just after 4pm GMT and the help said they close at 5pm. What they don't say is that this is 5pm Central European Time, so I couldn't get through. I tried the chat, got past the AI chatbot, and was left hanging for about an hour before I gave up. I had entered my email but received no response. Altogether a disinterested company with little quality-control over their products.

The clamp I mentioned was probably the wrong one for the TV mount assembly, which might explain why it had a non-metric thread. My next task is to try to get the correct clamp! Wish me luck!

Great expereince from the support team

Great expereince from the support team, they helped me out with parts for my old (no longer in production) speaker stand. Very good communications and quick delivery of the parts from NL to the UK. Thanks go to Merijn and Nienke.

Legendary customer experience...

I dug out from my loft a Sanus TV wall mount that I'd used at my last home... I noticed I'd lost 2 crucial M6 bolts and spacers. So, I called Sanus and they were brilliant... happy to help, an email to confirm the parts were on their way, and all free of charge. Legendary customer experience... thank you.
