Very poor service. My order did not arrive, contacted the supplier 5 times to chase my order over a 3 week period. Kept being told that my order had been shipped and to wait longer. Order still did not arrive. I have asked paypal to refund me. Wish I had read the reviews on Trust Pilot first!!
Update 21/8/25: Had no response from Saltdays to my earlier request to cancel my order, as it did not arrive. I contacted Paypal and they immediately refunded me for my order. Received an email from Saltdays today telling me that my order has been delivered. IT HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED.
Update 2/9/25: Now received an email from Paypal advising that the seller has advised them that my order was delivered, and would I like to reverse my refund and pay for the item. I advised NO, because my order was NEVER DELIVERED. And Saltdays have NOT provided any proof of delivery. What a shambolic company. Avoid if possible!
Further more, I responded to the email from Paypal, only to get an email back advising that the Paypal email address is no longer monitored! And when I go onto the Paypal website, there is no option to respond to this particular issue. And when you message Paypal, you are communicating with a chat bot, with more irrelevant options. Gave up in the end! Fantastic! What a waste of my time.

Absolutely Terrible Experience – Fake Product, Zero Support!
This product is nothing like what’s shown in the videos. It’s basically just like water — no effect, no results, nothing! The promotional content is completely misleading. Delivery was delayed, and when I tried to reach out, they didn’t respond on time. Processing a refund has been a nightmare — it feels like they have no intention of giving one. This company is untrustworthy, their product is fake, and their customer service is nonexistent. Do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs!

I purchased 3 bra’s which were too small on arrival. No return information/packing slip etc in the bag so I contacted them via email to confirm how to return without any invoice number. What ensued was a ridiculous back and forth of emails where they refused to give me return details and offered me first 30% refund and keep the items then a 50% refund and keep them….this is despite me telling them 4 TIMES they did not fit me!! Finally when I informed them I would be raising a dispute with my credit card company they sent me an address in CHINA where I was to send them recorded delivery. I had already screenshot the address for returns from the page where I purchased them (Staffordshire, England) so informed them i would be sending my items there by recorded delivery. The saga goes on and I have no doubt I’ll have to raise a complaint with my credit card when I don’t receive my refund…..order at your peril!!!!

An advert for the item kept coming up while I was watching YouTube, so after about a dozen times of seeing a few seconds of the advert I decided to watch it to the end. I thought the item looked amazing so went to the website and purchased 2 as there was an offer, I paid my money (April 14th) and the wait for them to arrive started, and I waited, and waited, and waited some more!! About a month ago, I used the contact us form, waited about a week, never got a reply, used the form again, and again no reply, so I emailed the address given and waited for a reply (May 21st), after a few days I got a reply from someone called Julia, she said that my order had been received and when it's dispatched I will get a tracking number, she gave me a link to follow to see where my order was on its journey to my house! So I gave it a couple of days, clicked on the link, ITEM CANT BE FOUND. I then asked how much longer would I have to wait for my order, as I had got 2 I was going to give one as a gift?

I should have read the reviews before ordering! Two weeks ago I ordered a 'delinting broom' which looked ideal for the carpet on my stairs - to avoid hauling my hoover up and down 2 flights.
