These people have sent me four unsolicited (and I assume automated) sales emails, without the ability to respond or unsubscribe. They use an email address that bounces, so if you try to say "Yes I want your product," or "for the love of all that is holy stop sending me these emails," they never receive your response. You just keep getting emails. Not only are they wasting my time, they're wasting their time.

After paying $1,000 for their AI service, the results were far from what was promised. Instead of delivering a functional or strategic system, the setup resulted in automated messages that spammed my clients repeatedly—sending 5 to 10 emails per contact. This not only damaged my reputation but also triggered multiple complaints from my own clients.
When I raised these issues and requested to cancel, I was assured that a refund would be processed. However, despite those assurances, no refund has been issued. Instead, I’ve been met with delays, rigid “internal policies,” and excuses that avoid resolving the core issue.
What is particularly alarming is the pattern of similar complaints from other users, especially regarding billing practices and difficulties obtaining refunds. This raises serious concerns about how this company operates and handles customer funds.
At this point, the situation remains unresolved. I strongly urge anyone considering this service to proceed with extreme caution, particularly when it comes to payment and billing authorization.
Based on my experience, this has been a costly mistake and a highly disappointing engagement.
Unauthorized Charges & Impossible Cancellation – Extremely Concerning
I had a very troubling experience with SalesCloser AI.
Despite removing our payment details and clearly indicating our intention to stop using the service, we were still charged multiple times. There was no clear or accessible way to properly cancel the subscription, and support responses were slow, repetitive, and did not address the core issue.
What is most concerning is the lack of transparency around billing authorization. Charges continued even after clear action was taken on our side to prevent further payments.
After raising the issue, the response was delayed under the explanation of an “internal audit process,” with no immediate resolution or assurance provided. This creates serious concern that delays may lead to further unintended charges.
Based on our experience, I strongly advise businesses to be extremely cautious, particularly when providing payment details.

Very disappointing and stressful experience.
A large amount was deducted after a so-called “free trial”, with no clear indication anywhere on the website on how to cancel the trial or that a charge would automatically apply.
Customer service is extremely poor — I have been emailing back and forth for over a week, and the issue is still unresolved. Replies are slow and repetitive, with no real ownership of the problem.
There is no clear button or option to cancel the plan. This essentially forces users to keep paying for a service they do not want and are not using, which is unacceptable.
Overall, there is a serious lack of transparency around billing and cancellation. I would strongly caution others to think twice before signing up.
