I am very happy with the order I have recently purchased from this website. I bought the Son Servera sofa and Tirant table. When they wanted to deliver the order, I was not at home and they could not deliver it to me. I was worried, but they immediately contacted me and sent it to me again a few days later. The customer service is incredible. They have a WhatsApp and help you at any time...for me their customer service is the best unlike other companies.
I highly recommend this company and will be buying again soon.

Just received a pair of chairs
Just received a pair of chairs. Love the design and the quality overall. I was a bit in a hurry so I asked the costumer service about the STA of the products and they answer fast.

I received a product 5 months later broken and when I asked for a partial refund or any kind of reimbursement the answer was that I had to report it at 2 weeks time but I did a but later as I had it stored and they couldn’t do anything to help although I proved that it was severely damaged inside the packaging..

Worst Quality.
My chair came from China. The legs are uneven to a point were you couldn’t seat a guest on it. Its falling apart, the fabric is of the worst quality like Terry cloth, it has foam inside when you seat you can hear the foam and plastic crunching. The legs are recycle wood they are dirty and scrapped. The stitching is crooked, one of the wood balls fell as soon as we opened the box. I took video to show that the legs don’t seat flat on the ground, and about the noise of the foam.
I sent all proof, videos and photos and nothing.
Reading the reviews I’m seeing that I’m not the only one.
UPDATE;
One of the members of the Salaterra team contacted me to say indeed they were manufacturing in China and had no idea they were not making the products to the standard they agreed. I liked that they were honest with me about it.
They offer me a 70% reimbursement and they told me to keep the chair. They were really mortified. I’m willing to give them a chance again and buy more in the near future.
The designs are beautiful and they told me they will now be manufacturing in Europe.

Very bad quality and customer service
The products look very nice and elegant on the website. I placed an order for a table, delivery time was so long (shipped from China). When the table finally arrived, turned out to be completely opposite to how it was depicted on the website. The quality is very bad, it looks very cheap compared to its price. Not only the quality is cheap, but the table arrived with several scratchs and marks, also on one side it was cracked. I reached out to customer service, and they refused to acknowledge that the product was received defective from factory although I shared photos and then I shared video which clearly show the defect. They asked me to return on my expenses (I have to ship and handle clearance from Europe to China!), and of course wait months until item arrives and they refund me.
Very unprofessional and unacceptable customer service. I donnot recommend the brand.

Absolutely do not recommend
I ordered two chairs in November but as they forgot to send me the tracking one of them got sent back as I failed to pick it up. This later turned out to be a blessing in disguise, because the one chair I was able to pick up was in really bad shape. The box had big tears and holes, and the wooden “railing” that was around the chair for protection was broken when we opened it.
The chair it self came with scratches, the measurements were off by two centimeters and the whole back of the chair wasn’t properly assembled so it was very loose. I reached out to them about 30-40 minutes after I picked it up explaining the issues and attached videos and photos.
They didn’t address the issue of the scratches or that it was poorly made - but said that “ slight variations of up to 1cm may occur” as
the furniture was handmade. This is also something they apparently don’t really believe in as they actually changed the measurements on their website after I complained about it. Which I also took a screenshot of.
Ultimately They were less than helpful and said they didn’t think I had proper grounds to return the chair, despite it not being in the condition to even be used for its intended purpose.
I also realized that the company is stealing designs from other companies/artists and using their photos as well.
I would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone.

Bad customer service
We ordered 4 dining chairs 24th june 2023, and then 3 of the chairs were broken, so customer service manager told us they were going to send us 3 new chairs. We kept waiting for months and then we were told that the shipment of the chairs were blocked and destroyed during customs 11th december 2023. So the customer service manager refunded us for 3 chairs without giving us several options to solve the shipment problems and told us that we could order again with a discount code if we wanted to. He never sent us a discount code to order again and uses several weeks to reply back and no reply on email. This is truly bad customer service on their behalf.
