Very blunt and true messages are communicated Sakshi is straight forward like me, but I have a question after 6 weeks will the sessions re-iterate

Joining CBH has been an eye-opener for me. It’s my first time taking a course like this, and I’m proud of my decision to enrol. I’ve learned how to work on myself not only for my career but also for personal growth. The Capital Gaps exercise and Discover Your CliftonStrengths helped me reflect on my potential and realise that I had been underestimating myself. I’m now actively working on filling those gaps. The 6 missions have given me confidence that I can achieve my goals.

This session gives the great insight what I am & how to look yourself. Be transparent yourself and move forward to have happy life without compromising. Live yourself in reality, work for your developments & achievement as per your set protocols.

I attended the 'Power circle' today on Applications and Initiatives' I felt good after joining this session and it gave a reality check on my skills and mindset gaps in achieving my desired role and pay.

The way the entire process was explained, the guidance and process it self was amazing

Identifying everything that has not helped me in 2025 , letting go of them and creating a powerful offering to myself to let go of the old patterns and focusing on creating the best version of myself and have a fantastic 2026!

Today’s session was more about unlearning what no longer serves us.
We explored the concept of the different fires that silently burn within us—often shaping our decisions without us realizing it.
The fire of limiting beliefs that keeps potential suppressed
The fire of fear—especially the fear of unfulfilled expectations
The fire of commitment, which demands responsibility for who we choose to become
And the inner resistance that surfaces when growth asks for consistency
Instead of intellectualizing these fires, we were guided to face them, name them, and consciously release them.
The most powerful part of the session was the act of burning outdated beliefs—not symbolically, but mentally and emotionally—creating space for clarity, courage, and renewed intent.
This was a reminder that growth is not about adding more tools.
It begins with letting go—of fear, inherited narratives, and self-imposed limits.
A deeply grounding and transformative session that reinforced one truth: Real progress starts the moment we stop negotiating with the beliefs that hold us back.

Every session of Saskhi ma'am is special. Today's session worked for me as X ray scan on inner me and my soul with what I have been doing wrong all my life, I learned important lesson today for betterment and upliftment of myself. Thank you Sakshi ma'am for conducting this wonderful session today.
