Update July 14th: the Casino provided me with my game history and as they gave me 10 spins with my last deposit (10 x 20c spins) and my whole balance was 40 Euro so it made up less than 5% of my total balance. I played and at points bought a game feature for E20+ - turning balance into E1000. Their term says that if you wager more than E5 with an active bonus (and there is nothing in the product which stops you) then they can SEIZE your whole balance, not just the bonus which is what they did. I actually dont think that Safe Casino breached its own terms, the problem is that its terms are pretty insane and designed to avoid you getting money off the site. I will be escalating to Curacao gaming as the terms are outrageous and they offer zero in Product guardrails and rely on you to having read all their terms in detail.

Live Case: So I signed up and made a few deposits with this site and I managed to win about 1100 Euro. I successfully verified my account and requested to withdraw the majority of it leaving a balance to play with. I then received an email to say that I had breached their terms and they cancelled my withdrawal and seized my balance replacing it with my last deposit of 23 Euro.

So this appears to be just a pretty thin attempt to seize my balance as most importantly the bonus was awarded and played AFTER I won and withdrew and b) there is nothing in the product preventing you from playing a large bet size with the free spins.

For full context the bonus was 10 free spins and the bet I made was > 5Euro. So that is what I did wrong and prompted them to seize my funds. I maintain I did nothing wrong at all and will be reaching out to the regulator as I feel this is pretty cynical to put it mildly.

Fast payouts but horrible RTP. I played dozens of games and the biggest win was a x80. On 4 different games I played, I lost x300 my value. I mostly do minimum bets so for example, I lost $60 4 times with a minimum bet of $0.2. I was given free spins so I played live casino roulette, was able to use those winnings, from pure luck of my number hitting, and was able to clear the wager requirement and they did pay within an hour. They do pay out but the RTP is honestly the worse I’ve ever experienced. Maybe it was the games I chose and got bad luck but I’ve never experienced such horrible RTP. 4 times getting x300 lost is ridiculous. And again my biggest win was x80

Tried to withdrawal 1050 as i got a max win on a 10c bet.
12 days later after many emails they say there is an issue and put the money back on my account...
Tried again & wake up to see it's the same thing....
So I just fecked all the money on mad bets & lost it all thankfully I only deposited 100 quid...

This is not true at all...
Even on my second withdrawal after they returned the funds to the casino which took 12 days...
They still rejected the withdrawal.
Its just a scam hence all the other bad reviews & with the positive ones well everyone know that's bots...
