Worst travel agency I’ve ever dealt with

Worst travel agency I’ve ever encountered and I travel a lot! Fake cancellation and flexible options. You have to pay extra to modify the ticket even if the option you chose indicates 0€ to change ticket. To cancel you have to get a filed out from from a doctor WITH YOUR MEDICAL DIAGNOSIS! What happened to medical confidentiality?? Customer service is a nightmare you cannot even deal with the airline directly they don’t even give you the reservation number to make sure you HAVE to go through them. Agents are clueless, unprofessional most likely not trained properly and not caring because they are underpaid 3rd world countries employees. Dealing with them is basically a huge waste of time. I even got disconnected with an agent before my issue was solved this has never happened to me. Then I had to go back in queue which is really long. Just pay the little bit of extra money to book with the airline directly trust me saving a little bit IS NOT WORTH IT!!

Almost it is been 2 months still I have not received my refund Order number:
1112-519-857.. When ever I ask Flight network team is saying I will receive in 24-48 hours. There is a scam going on in Flight network channel. People please be aware that they will not refund your amount and use your money for their investments.

Flight Network is an irresponsible company and not trustworthy

Absolutely disappointing. There is no way to reach them on phone. Today, I spent a total of approximately thirty minutes waiting on the phone. Fifteen minutes, the first time and fifteen minutes the second time. No response other than their music. Here is a short report:
Booked in January 2026 a round trip STR-ZRH-BKK-MUC-STR
According the agency, the return flight was cancelled and I got an option either to get a reimbursement (makes no sense) or accept an alternative flight BKK-MUC-STR, for the 18th May, which I did .

I had to extend my leave. No confirmation received. No message apart from a thank you for my acceptance of the new option.

Today, three days before the flight, I received an update from Swissair. Booking put back on the 16th May (my original booking). But the booking was BKK-MUC-ZRH-STR. So I fly from Thailand to Germany and from Germany to Switzerland and return to Germany!

Until now, I have been given my flight dates and flight numbers, but nowhere are my seats listed!

This morning, I got on the phone. The experience is in the first paragraph.

Nobody should book any trips through this company. The two girls to whom I spoke were polite and patience. However, they have no influence on the booking. At least, that is what I think.

Since 1997, I have been flying and I always booked directly with the airlines. Never once, in all these years, have I faced this situation.

This company is with immediate effect on my growing blacklist

WARNING IMPORTANT This is a firm warning to all people…

This is a firm warning to all people who want to fly abroad for holiday or any other personal work. Please note that this agency FLIGHT NETWORK ( (ETRAVELI )is a totally fraud and a scam agency. They intentionally send you emails one or two days before your departure informing you that the flight is canceled and they try to book you onto another day. They also ask you for a phenomenal amount of money for date changes or postponement of date. I recently flew to Bangalore from Prague and they sent me exa bogus email telling me g my flight was cancelled and asked me to pay 3.65 lacs for me and my wife. Fortunately, ETHIHAD was kind enough to rebook us in the same flight as we had booked earlier without paying extra money. Please avoid these fraud bastards and always remember to BOOK DIRECTLY WITH THE AIRLINE COMPANY. Do not book through agents. They have all fraud females and men working for them on commission basis. All in all, AVOID this agent called FLIGHT NETWORK.

I don't recommend them

I don't recommend them. I wanted to change a passenger's flight, and due to their mistake, I had to pay the full amount again. Very poor service. I recommend booking directly with the airline.

Scam company

Do not buy with them. They won't process your refund when you request one. You try to contact them and you will get zero responses or solutions to your problem. Have been waiting for a refund for over two months now and no sign of solution to the problem

very bad service

very bad service. i downloaded app for this. but they didn’t send any information about cancellation of my flight there. they send info only to email. but they should inform also in application they had. otherwise there is still old information and no new information about any changes they have made. for example i bought flights with 1 stop both ways. but they changed diferest day and time. and also put 2 stop flights whats is not normal for me. so you vsnt trust this conpany.

I booked a flight with Flight Network…

I booked a flight with Flight Network (booking 1106-734-475)
Flight Network initially stated that the refund had been processed on 5 March. However, after multiple follow-ups, they later admitted that they are still waiting to receive the money from the airline and cannot provide any clear timeline.

I have now waited well beyond the stated 15 business days without any result. Communication has been inconsistent and unclear, and I have had to repeatedly chase for updates.

Due to the lack of response and accountability, I have now initiated a chargeback through my bank.

This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I cannot recommend using Flight Network.

Im writing a 2nd review about this travel agent, do not book with them .. i faced horrible time to contact with one the customer service spent 130mins on international calls and applied refund. They assured 7 days for timeframe after airline refunded to flightnetwork., its been 10 days since airline refunded to them but they haven’t process any refund to me . When i try reaching their UK customer service number my queue was in 80th position i have to wait another 2 hours to speak to them, no mail support / no chat support / no response .. worst worst worst nightmare .. my booking number 1113-131-523

Terrible service, no support, and a complete waste of time. I strongly advise everyone never to book anything through this agent.

I purchased flight tickets through FlightNetwork, and both airlines canceled the flights on February 28, providing official confirmation and instructions to request a refund. However, since the tickets were purchased through FlightNetwork, only they can process the refund.
It has now been almost a month, and I have been trying to contact them almost every day. The phone number listed on their website keeps you on hold for up to 3 hours, only for the call to be automatically disconnected. The online chat is just as bad — you wait over an hour, constantly confirming that you are still there, and if you don’t reply within 3 minutes, the chat closes and you are sent back to the end of the queue.
Even when you finally reach an agent, they keep redirecting you to another department, forcing you to wait even longer. I only managed to speak to someone once, as most of the time I was disconnected from the chat due to their system.
This is simply unacceptable treatment of customers.
Eventually, they submitted a refund request for only one of my flights. It is unclear why the second one was not processed at all. More than 15 days have passed, and there are still no updates — neither by email nor in my account.
There is no way to contact them by email, as all addresses are non-responsive.
I am now forced to contact my bank to initiate a chargeback.

This is really a scammer company the flights has been cancelled and the airlines said refund has been given to the agent but this Flightnetwork taking more than a month to refund the money, the customer service team keep on saying waiting time is more than 14 business days by airline and another 14 b .d by flughtnetwork. No one care for their customer.

Never book this company

Was waiting for 3 hrs on call for customer service, was trying to get a refund after my flight was canceled and a refund was issued by the flight company, even what someone answered finally they were unhelpful and trying to avoid progressing the claim, even though they could see it on their side

do NOT book with them

do NOT book with them. when i called them i was caller 180 and held for 3 hours to be hanged up on and then next time was called 120 which took 2 hours. the representative said they could not help me so i asked for a supervisor and was told they would call me which that did not happen. called again and asked for email and they would not give me. icelandair told me they sent info to 3rd party but 3rd party said they never received. accidentally i made a booking with them since it was the number one entry when i typed icelandair

I strongly advise travelers to think…

I strongly advise travelers to think twice before booking through FlightNetwork.
I booked a flight from Dakar to Banjul with Air Senegal scheduled for 31 December through Flight Network. In mid-November, I received an email confirming that the flight had been cancelled and that I was entitled to a full refund.
Since then, I have been chasing this refund for over three months.
Despite at least eight follow-ups, the only response I continue to receive from Flight Network is that I should “wait for an update.” No timeline, no resolution, and no refund.
To make matters worse, I contacted Air Senegal directly and they confirmed that the agency (Flight Network) must process the refund request on their side, meaning the delay lies entirely with the booking agency.
Holding a customer’s money for months after a cancelled flight is completely unacceptable. This experience shows a serious lack of customer service, accountability, and transparency.
Travelers should be aware that if something goes wrong with your booking, you may be left waiting indefinitely for your money.

I had booked a flight from DOH to DEL…

I had booked a flight from DOH to DEL using Flight Network, because Skyscanner shows a lower fare. Unfortunately, the flight was canceled due to the Iran-US war. The flight refund 100%, but these guy did not refund me anything. I try to connect by call or email. No response and they block my email and phone number. These are a scam company, don't use this in the future.

Worst Travel Company at all !

I don't recommend this company at all, Their customer support is a bluff, even if you pay for extra service of cancellation or flight changes, they will tell you , we will forward your case to support team who will call you and nothing happens till time passes. Don't waste your money and look for respectable travel company.

Absolutely terrible customer exprience

Absolutely terrible customer exprience. They don't answer e-mails, and their chat will not only hang you for hours, but every once in a while will ask if you're still there (no notification, no pop, nothing), and if you don't answer in 3 minutes they disconnect you from the chat and you have to try again. Peak a$$hole design.

Terrible

Terrible. They literally refused to issue a refund even after American Airlines sent it to them on my behalf. Claimed, no refund was received, although AA sent it evidenced by proof on their website, reference number and flight number. Do NOT use this company.
