Great Service. I bought one for myself when Ryder first started out. Now I bought two more for family members. Julien and Louise are great, always there to help with questions or concerns . Ryder is truly the right cold wallet for beginners.

Ryder One is the crypto wallet from the future and matches the promise of blockchain perfectly. Quick easy setup, complete control and wrapped in a premium hardware package.

Ryder is the iphone of hardware wallets. Tap done. But I'm upset that the team comes from Stacks and does not support Bitcoin PEPE. I sent some there, and it seems there're more interested to go after the big power users before consolidating their loyal and early backers. I know I know it's unfair feedback :)

Super simple setup, great UX

I was on the fence, but I am very happy that I ended up upgrading to a Ryder, it was a good move, Ive moved my crypto from my Ledger to my new Ryder and I wont be going back!

If you are still fumbling around with clunky, ugly-ass crypto wallets that look like a USB drive from 2004, what are you even doing with your life?
I got the Ryder wallet and holy shit, the design is peak. It is so ridiculously sleek and compact that I just want to stare at it all day. Sometimes I just turn the wallet on and mess around with the screen like its some kind of alien fidget spinner. It slips into your pocket like a smooth piece of obsidian futurism. No bulk, no unnecessary nonsense. Just pure, unadulterated aesthetic perfection. NFC signing and the tap-and-go security is so fast, so smooth, and so satisfyingly simple that it feels like lv.999 black magic. The usability here is unmatched. A toddler could secure a life savings on this thing because the user experience is just that crisp and intuitive. They stripped away all the over-complicated garbage and left behind pure, streamlined perfection.
Not gonna lie though, it lacks some features right now and the update cycles are slow. It definitely needs more bells and whistles to compete with the other giants out there, and waiting for the dev team to drop new stuff requires the patience of a saint.
But frankly? I don't care. The core experience is so damn good that it ruins other wallets for me.

Pros:Sleek as hell.
So simple your tech-illiterate forever single alcoholic uncle could use it.
Cons: Slow update.
Needs more features.
Verdict: 4.5/5..... I cant give it the half star so i went with 5

Bruh, just buy it.

I like the tap experience. It makes such a difference. Once understood, it feels easy to erase the wallet and then recovery just with two taps.

Using Ryder has honestly changed the way I manage my crypto. Before this, I kept most of my crypto on exchanges and used it mainly for trading. Sometimes I stopped checking my accounts for a long time, forgot passwords, or almost lost access to my funds.

Another problem was with airdrops. Every time I created a new wallet, I often forgot to save the recovery phrase properly. It was stressful and risky.

Ryder is my first cold wallet experience, and it makes me feel much safer and more secure. Now my crypto feels protected, and I don’t constantly worry about losing access anymore. The recovery options, including trusted recovery support from my wife and backup recovery tags, give me peace of mind that I never had before.

Compared to the old days, managing crypto now feels simpler, safer, and far less stressful.

Ryder One is by far much easier and better use!

They are a not that big yet but it already has a better customer experience and support then Ledger and the product they sell is also solid but it needs time

The biggest thing for me was moving away from the stress and fear around seed phrases. The recovery approach is a game changer and makes self custody feel accessible rather than intimidating.

The hardware itself feels premium, setup was simple, the app experience was smooth, and the whole product feels well thought out from start to finish.

What also stands out is the team. You can see they actually care about the product and keep improving it. It doesn’t feel like another wallet company just pushing hardware — it feels like they’re trying to solve a real problem in crypto.

I liked it enough to buy a second Ryder wallet, and both are in use — which probably says everything about how I feel about the product.

Ryder has made self custody feel easier and more accessible, and I’m excited to see where the team takes it next.
