The best dog coats out there
The best dog coats out there. Our dogs love them after a wet muddy walk the coats help to dry them, warm them up and collect the mud that falls off them. They are easy to wash and quick to dry.

Good shopping experience but snap popped off
Good shopping experience. Unfortunately after just a few outings, the popper ( snap fastener) has come off which is very annoying as the flap just flaps!

I’ve ordered 4 pairs of wellies from…
I’ve ordered 4 pairs of wellies from Rydale in the last few weeks. The first two pairs were too large, that was fine so returned them. Then my new order in a smaller size went missing through Evri, nearly two weeks later Rydale have resent wellies but again through Evri, and again they’ve gone ‘missing’… So far I’ve paid nearly £100 just to not receive any items! I’m disgusted that any companies are using Evri.

Disappointing experience
Bought a pair of mens wellies last year, they were advertised as waterproof, they leaked. Contacted customer services who took weeks to respond after several messages requesting them to do so. Eventually offered a refund or replacement pair, I asked for another pair- these also let in water around the toys. I've provided photo's of wet socks to no avail- my opinion is don't buy wellies at £65 that don't do the job if you are indeed expecting them to be waterproof! The whole experience is disappointing as we like to buy British made products, this experience would put me off purchasing any other of their products. 2 stars as they did attempt to resolve the first time but are now ignoring me again.

Love these fleeces
