Sorry I didn't read the reviews before ordering. I ordered a basket with 4 different flowering plants. The recipient received a peace lilly in a plastic pot. i would definitely not paid the price for a peace lilly.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this florist! I'll never use them again. I paid extra for a deluxe arrangement & my daughter received the standard version. I called to tell them about it and they hung up on me 3 times. They refused to give me the $10 credit I was due. Save your time and $$ - use another florist!!

I ordered flowers for my uncle’s funeral. They were ‘delivered’ the night before, left in a snowbank in front of the church. They never made it inside the church for the service. Frankly i am surprised they were even delivered. I am fighting with this company to get my money back. I usually check reviews but neglected to do so this time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

The flowers showed up at 9 pm on April 3, they were supposed to arrive in the early afternoon. The flowers were not consistent with a premium bouquet. There were supposed to be 12 Gerber daisies and there were 9. This was their Premium bouquet and looked like the minimal bouquet.

When we returned from vacation on April 13, I asked my daughter how the flowers were and she sent a pic. The flowers died within 4 days of arrival and all that was left were greens.

I shared the pics with Ruths Roses. They said it was to long of a period before they were reported. They never expressed any concern over this disaster.

Never order from this flower shop!

They delivered on time which was perfect! The flowers were absolutely Gorgeous! Thank you for great customer service and The Fresh Beautiful Arrangement

JAR is SQUARE. With branches entwined. What Happened????? And instead of Red Roses I asked for Yellow Roses.
WHO ever worked on this Arrangement, looks like, They just stuck in leftover pieces, of whatever they found.

If whoever took my order over the phone, and knew that the flowers that i ordered
were not available THAN, he should of suggested that exact arrangement may

THE worst florist EVER! Ordered at 618 am...it is now 4pm and my girlfriend left her home and now the flowers will die in the lobby. Called 4 times and got inept customer service who only told me they will be there today. It is not Valentines Day or ANYTHING! Asked to waive the $19 "service fee" whatever that is...since the service was TERRIBLE. I wish I could give them zero stars...as they dont deserve one!

If I could give less than one star I would. This company is HORRIBLE. They did not deliver the flowers and have been trying to say they have 48 hours to investigate the issue. They refuse to issue my refund and the customer service SUCKS!!! There are no supervisors or managers available to speak to you. I wish I had read the reviews prior to placing my order. They told me they are located in Savannah, GA but after a search, nothing comes up with an address in Savannah. Do not use this company...they will steal your money then make it sound like its your fault for the flowers not being delivered.

These were the best flowers I ever ordered online. They were fresh, colorful, plentiful and aromatic. They have remained fresh for nine days, so far.
They arrived the morning after they were supposed to be delivered. Although, I did order them for same day delivery, so that may have been my fault.

I ordered from Ruthsroses for my cousins birthday, and it was totally a shame for me, firstly it arrived too late and later on it was totally rubbish.

I ordered flowers from Ruth’s days in advance for a delivery for a friend’s birthday. The flowers never made it. When I called they tried to reschedule (birthday passed) and now I can’t get my money back. Scammers.

So many had negative reviews but my flowers were some of the prettiest ever! The colors were shades of deep purple, pink and large white roses! The lasted over a week and smelled wonderfully. They were delivered to my work office as a thank you from a client and so may agents in my office wanted to know which florist they came from! I am a gardener so I can be picky and these were simply lovely!

Bait and switch, hidden fees, and complete misrepresentation of product. Paid additional cost for a nicer vase and some moss on a money tree. They sent it, in a junk basket, tree looked terrible, threw a weird ribbon on it, and said they were not responsible due to same day delivery. On top of that, they tacked on a $20 service fee out of nowhere. Absolutely criminal scammed. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS AND PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD!!

If I could give this negative stars, I would. Total fraud, not local, not helpful, not truthful. Please DO NOT order from this company

Worst florist ever. If I could rate them a zero I would. Ruined a special event by delivering flowers a day early and placing them on a sunny porch. No doorbell ring or notification. Ended up with wilted flowers. No assistance provided when I contacted the company first thing next day. Called multiple times to be told no manager available. Zero assistance.

tHIS FLORIST IS A SCAM!! DON'T ORDER FROM THEM. I thought they were a local florist....that's what they advertised.....I didn't read reviews....wish I had. I ordered flowers for a funeral for a family member......DID NOT RECEIVE THEM!!!I'm filing complaint with Missouri Att. General.

I’d really like to give Ruth’s Roses 0 stars, but didn’t know if my comment would post without any stars! I was specifically looking for a florist in the town my mother lives in, and saw that Ruth’s Roses advertised as a local shop with no delivery fee within the local area, and same day delivery for orders placed before 2pm. My mother had learned that day of her brother’s passing, and I wanted the arrangement I ordered to arrive that day. I placed my order before 2pm.
My mother would call right away after receiving flowers, and I never heard from her that day. I called Ruth’s Roses in the morning, and was surprised that it seemed like a call center - the person who answered had a heavy accent and was difficult to understand. She told me there had been a delivery problem, and the flowers would be delivered today instead. It was important to me that my mother receive the flowers yesterday, I was not happy.
At 3:15pm today, I still hadn’t heard anything from my mom. I called Ruth’s again, and the same person on the other end of the line that I’d spoken with before told me she’d check with the driver. She got back and said the flowers were delivered at 6:30pm today. Interesting, because it wasn’t even 3:30pm yet! She said she’d contact the driver again to find out what was going on and would email me a response.
The email, which I read at 5:40pm said the flowers had been delivered at 6:30pm today (still nearly an hour in the future) and the driver took a photo as proof of delivery. The photo of the arrangement was as nothing like what I ordered! It was a handful of flowers in a cheap glass vase! I paid $70 plus their $18.99 “service fee” for that! And I’ve still heard nothing from my mother. From the photo, I see the flowers were left on a bench in front of her condo building. The delivery person probably didn’t notify her they were there!
Ruth’s Roses is a SCAM!!! Don’t use them!

Horrible Communication, cancelled my order without even attempting to contact me. STAY AWAY.

What went wrong is that the representative on the phone lied to me. I was trying to reach a LOCAL florist in Johnstown, NY. When I Googled that, Ruth's Roses came up. I asked the person on the other end of the line if they were physically located in Johnston, NY. They lied and said they were. When the flowers I ordered were delivered, they were from Bloomfields Florist in Amsterdam, NY. In other words, Ruth's Roses is a SCAM. And to put a cherry on top of it all, they lie.

This is totally a scam! I ordered flowers for my sister‘s funeral and the picture online was totally misleading. The website makes them look like a local florist. I don’t believe they are.I called multiple times to complain with no resolution. I sent an email and asked for a refund. I doubt that they will respond. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they said they were all in a meeting. I would not recommend them at all.
