Misleading bonuses, incorrect terms

All of their deposit bonuses are sticky, the funds you deposit become bonus balance. On its own, that would not necessarily be a problem, however, these bonuses also have a maximum limit on how much you can convert to real balance after completing the wagering requirements. These maximum withdrawal limits are buried deep in the lengthy Bonus Terms that most people likely will not read.

In some cases, this limit is even less than your original deposit, meaning that no matter how lucky you are, you cannot withdraw even what you originally deposit. In my opinion, that is not gambling but an outright scam.

Even worse, in my experience they generally apply even lower limits than what their own terms state, and you only find out when a large portion of your balance is suddenly removed after the wager requirement is complete. Each time the support told me the higher limit was "stated in error" and that the actual limit enforced is lower. I was not offered any reimbursement or refund, even though I would never have used these bonuses under the "correct" terms.

Payouts were processed within a few hours, so at least there were no issues in that regard.
