Really impressed with Royal Doors. The quality is brilliant and the whole process was easy because they explained everything step by step, down to the smallest details. My door was made within 5 weeks and delivered on time. Great experience overall!
I placed my order with Royal Doors via email and paid the required deposit. I was given an estimated lead time of around six weeks. Unfortunately, after four weeks of waiting, the company began making changes to the door panels without clear communication. By week seven, they started changing the delivery date and ultimately cancelled the order altogether.
This experience has been extremely disappointing. The lack of professionalism and reliability made the entire process unnecessarily stressful. I do not recommend this company, especially considering there are many other Polish door companies in the UK with showrooms, better service, and lower prices. Avoid this company.
