Rooli. So I have played Rooli for months after returning to the platform. During this time I had no meaningful wins, until one day I hit it big! I won just over $4800 and made two separate withdrawal requests, one for $800 and the other for $4035. It's been 7 days and it still claims to be processing the larger wirthdrawal request. The same day I cancelled the $800 and played it down to $341 dollars. The next day I played with that balance and managed to hit it BIG! I managed to win over $58k. That's when I learned of their $7500 weekly withdrawal limit, meaning it would take around 10 weeks for me to withdraw all my money. MY VIP manager, Clemente stated he had been watching my account and appeared to be genuine. Days had passed and I hadn't received the withdrawal request and started requesting smaller amounts, $300 at a time, and they did start hitting my account. I was allowed to withdraw several of these smaller amounts, but never received the larger one, and still haven't. I decided to play with my winnings and guess what, they turned off the taps. I never won again, and depleted the balance down to $1370 and made withdrawal requests and to date have not received any more money. Clemente stated that it was all approved on their end, and it's now in the hands of the transfer house, and to date I haven't received a nickel of my winnings that have been requested. When you deposit money there isn't an issue, but when you hit it big, like I did, don't expect to withdraw your money, their tactics are to drag their heels and limit you to $7500/week. This is meant to frustrate players so they'll fall into their scheme of playing down your winnings, and trust me, they manipulate the game and you end up losing all your money back in the casino. Win I think NOT.

Terrible support, truely mind bogglingly poor.

I went to cash out a sum of $700 and noticed a few days after there was only roughly $450 in my rooli account I was informed about a chargeback through email with 4 transaction dates listed equaling roughly to $250 saying they never received the funds.

When checking my bank statement it’s clear the listed funds did get taken from my account. I thought it would have been a quick fix since it’s clear as day the transaction was approved on both ends evidently since it’s been roughly a YEAR since the listed transactions occurred.

I had to send A WHOLE YEAR of bank statements which is so extremely sketchy in itself. Even with this it’s been 17 days and the best I’ve heard is “yeah we’re right here’s $250 in fake casino balance”

The sad thing is previously I’ve had a great experience with rooli spending thousands and withdrawing thousands. It’s just such a shame their support and internal processes are so bad.
