Product itself is very good. Let down by Logistics

Product itself is very good. This is a repeat purchase. Once agin let gown by Logistics. The product was out of stock (again) despite stocking levels on the website. Further delay as the product was damaged in the yard and had to be replaced. Given the range to Newcastle again difficulty in arranging drop time, which was in the end achieved. The until was insufficiently strapped to its stillage which was unsafe. The unit had to be carried manually. Luckily without damage.

Delivery was prompt

Delivery was prompt. Now it has been installed it looks good. My experience of dealing with Roof Lights was very good, ordering was simple, and delivery was efficient. Also staff were very helpful when we discovered the builder had given me the wrong measurements!

Perfect skylight

Great delivery, arrived as the date specified. Very pleased with the skylight, installation went smoothly. A great product. Highly recommend Roof light!

Skylight

This was ordered and delivered the next day, was kept informed of the time they would arrive. As it was after the builders had gone, the delivery man very kindly helped with putting it in a safe place, and was extremely nice. Very pleased with this company. Excellent service.

There's a first time for eveything

I am somewhat a novice when it comes to rooflights, but my Velux's needed replacing as they were leaking.
We wanted something modern and the rooflights were exactly what we were looking for.
The experience from ordering to installation was so easy, all the information you needed was on the website to ensure you ordered correctly, from ordering instructions to installation instructions. I was doing this project myself was and never done this before but every question was answered on the website.
