Rocket Team Launched to Ownership
Team was awesome and helped me on my first home buying journey. This deal also had some complexities and other issues and they were confident, helpful and supportive. Between Michael on the initial loan paperwork/intake, and Nicole helping me hit the final points! Super easy process and generally way less stressful than I found with others I initially started with. Online system worked very smoothly for documents, etc.

They make mistakes and make their customers pay for it
They messed up my escrow analysis last month and retroactivated the payment to the first of the previous month. Gave me five hours to pay an additional $176 or my loan would be delinquent and they would report me tot eh credit bureaus. Sox employees said that shouldn’t have been done and they admitted true mistake they still refused to refis me the money

Good Experience with no hidden fees or surprises
There were a few hiccups but, in this business, to be expected. But all my questions were answered quickly and explained well. All and all a very good experience and there were no surprises of extra fees or anything like that. Pretty straight forward Home Equity Loan.
