Rented RV had some issues. Toilet hose had a leak, wiper blades were completely wrecked and unusable, rubber piping on slide out fell off each time, generator would cut off after 15 mins. All of this was reported, no rebate or provision given.

Motorhome has Little Mistakes. General it was ok

We had a very good experience. It was our home for 4 weeks.

The staff were friendly and explained everything well.
The motorhome already had 37,000 miles on it, so it was showing some wear and tear. The mattress was sagging. But the worst part was that the black water valve was leaking; this caused black water to accumulate in the storage compartment and then spill out onto the road. We had to drain the black water every two days to prevent an odor inside the motorhome—even when the tank was only a third full.

Everything according with what was promised

Bad beds
Only 2 out of 3 gas stove worked.
No pan for steak making
Cabinets fell apart
Drag rain throu front window
Lots of sounds from windows from driving
Shower curtain/door impossible to work with

I had no dificult on the experience

We had a very positive overall experience with the RV rental. The staff at both pick-up and drop-off were friendly, helpful, and professional. We especially appreciated the older gentleman whose name we unfortunately didn’t catch — he was exceptionally kind and had a great sense of humor, making the whole experience even more enjoyable.
The RV itself was in good condition and served us well throughout the trip, except for an issue with the generator, which stopped working halfway through our journey. The customer service representative we spoke with on the phone was very friendly and did her best to help us troubleshoot the problem remotely, although we were unable to resolve it that way. We were then directed to a repair shop in the town where we were staying. The mechanic explained that the problem was caused by fuel with too high an alcohol content and recommended switching to higher-quality fuel, which successfully solved the issue.
Overall, we had a great experience and were very happy with the service and the RV. We truly appreciated the friendly staff and their efforts to help us along the way.

HORRIBLE.Within 24hours of picking up RV from Denver had electrical issues.
After spending my time on the phone they sent me to a garage that would not even help. Multiple problems arising with no electricity and no backup camera.
Spent so much time on the phone with customer service only to have no response and never sent a tech out.
Was literally on the phone every day with issues and how frustrating.
Another corporate company who can care less.

Last year we hired from another company and were very disappointed with the quality of the vehicle and service we received. This year, we decided to pay a bit more, and use Road Bear. It was worth every extra pound (we are from the UK). Everything from the initial induction, to the quality of the van, the staff, and the drop off, exceeded expectations. We did have one problem wirh a water leak, but an 0830am call soon had me speaking with a real person, and a repair man reached us at our campsite by 1430, with minimal disruption to our day. We covered over 2000 miles in 3 weeks (so there was a mileage charge), but enjoyed the whole experience and saw some.great sights.

Waoooo. It was on hell of a ride. A family of five. We had very great time together. The rv was the best. We loved it very much and probably will come back again for a second time

Be careful. You must check very detail on the contract. We booked unlimited mileage during check-in and were charged every mile by check-out, because the staff did not fill out the correct field on the contract. Pay very close attention. Especially if you are from abroad.
