The aftercare has been unreal. I bought a ride on for my child over 2 years ago and he accidentally damaged all 3 control joysticks. I almost disposed of it, despite it other wise being in fantastic condition. I reached out to riiroo, trying to purchase replacements parts as I couldn’t find them on their webpage, and they were fantastic from start to finish. A quick reply, swiftly traced my purchase from 2 yeas ago and despite my offer to pay, they supplied me free of charge all 3 replacement joy sticks. Didn’t even have to pay delivery! The staff have been polite and friendly and gone above and beyond to be helpful. My son is over the moon to have his toy back.

After setting up my sons Xmas present, the maxdriftz go cart, and using it for the first time, we noticed a strange noise coming from the rear wheel. On inspection I found an inner part was cracked. This was possibly down to transit of item, however I emailed the company during the Xmas period and was extremely pleased by how quickly they responded and sent out new parts for it. Excellent customer service, very efficient and pleasant to deal with as well as rectifying the issue in a timely manner even though they may not have been at fault for damaged part!! Well done.

We bought an electric powered tractor from Riiroo several years back and we’ve been delighted with it and their subsequent service. Inevitably, with a young boy driving them, damage is done and the tractor has needed repair. The team at Riiroo have been really responsive and sought to find the best and least expensive repair - repairs have no lt been expensive, thankfully! Highly recommended.

Absolutely shocking from start to finish.
I bought an electric car from Riiroo for my daughter for Christmas and paid extra for it to arrive pre-built. When charging it on Christmas Eve, a strong burning smell started within 30 minutes. I unplugged it immediately. For safety reasons, my daughter was not allowed to use it — Christmas ruined.
Customer service is practically non-existent. No working phone line despite one being listed online. The “live chat” is useless. The only way to contact them is a contact form, with replies taking days — if they reply at all.
After weeks of chasing, a collection was finally arranged. I stayed home as instructed, only for the driver to refuse collection because the item was “too large”. More emails, more silence. Meanwhile, I was left with a potentially dangerous product in my home and my money still with Riiroo.
Eventually, after 20 days, the car was collected. I was promised in writing that my refund would be processed once it was collected. That promise was then contradicted by another staff member, who said I had to wait a further 3–5 days after it arrived back with them.
When I chased again, I was told the refund was being delayed because I had supposedly not returned the parental remote control — which I absolutely had. I started drafting a formal complaint, only to then receive another message admitting they had “missed it” during inspection. Quality control and communication are clearly non-existent.
There is zero cohesion within this company. Staff contradict each other, take no ownership, and seem incapable of resolving even basic issues. The live chat responses are copy-and-paste and completely useless. To top it off, I was told that submitting another contact form would put me back to the end of the queue — so the expectation is that customers simply sit and wait indefinitely.
This company is incompetent, disorganised, and utterly unreliable. Supplying a product that shows signs of overheating and then handling the situation this badly is unacceptable.
For contrast, I bought a replacement from Titan Toys: next-day delivery, far better quality, and excellent customer service. Their live chat actually helped.
Avoid Riiroo like the plague.

We have now had two tractors off Riiroo, they have both been fantastic and our boys use them to "help" around the farm everyday. Customer service and aftercare has been fantastic.

I bought my son a motorbike on the Saturday before xmas. As promised it was delivered within 2 days, which was great. Took the bike out and within 10 minutes stopped working. Stripped the bike down and the piston was seized. I found replacements online and got it fixed. I complained to Riiroo, who in all fairness were trying to help. Kayleigh and Ashley from Rii roo were amazing and gave me a partial refund. Even though the outcome of the bike was disappointing, there customer service and how they responded made up for this. I would highly recommend using Rii roo as the company is fantastic and excellent customer service. You dont see this enough these days from companies. Thankyou Ashley and Kayleigh for being superstars and so good at there job.:)
