I like the way the app works and the variety of tips, videos and information there is. The one challenge is how quickly the more complex Tai chi moves are explained...hopefully I will eventually catc... See more

cannot change times of day for eating and fasting

I’ve only begun and I am on my third lesson. I do my Tai Chi before bed and it makes me very relaxed afterwards, so I can go to sleep. So far, I’m very happy with the program. I didn’t want to do chair exercise lessons and I’ve only done lessons where I’m standing.

I feel like the videos move too quickly through the motions with very little explanation of what to do. Don’t feel
Like I’m getting much out of it yet

It would be helpful if you could edit the meal info after submitting. Also helpful to add amount of time you perform the fitness tasks and have a calorie burner estimate.

You would think the app would start and stop eating and fasting time. How are you supposed to put in your own carbs and calories when the food won’t show up. It’s not user friendly

My initial experience with the enrollment process was easy. I haven’t started with the actual program yet. Thanks

The video isnt working properly. Day 1 kept cutting off. And day 2 it wont work at all. My signal is fine so the problem is on your end.

The meal tracking is cumbersome. I cannot add my own meals or foods without going to another website to look up nutritional information. I also cannot add my own recipes. I had to ask for help from support because I couldn't figure out how to remove duplicate entries. There is a lot of going back and removing things because of the tracking.

I like a lot of it. But hard to find where to log all your activities. Like I exercise a lot ! More than you have noted.
Also like most ‘health advise ‘ apps not enough consideration to those of us who have vegan diets and us who eat little meals/ snacks frequently like Type 1 diabetics. Maybe ask about health issues before a plan is mapped out for us. Thanks

It seems to be a good system except that I can only access the app on my phone and I have a hard time with the smaller image. I have been well supported by the help team and am fully satisfied

I accidentally paused my account and Samantha was very helpful in making sure I was back on the app.

easy to follow instructions & easy to keep up with the pace.

I appreciate all of the options in the app. I was expecting Tai Chi only so I was surprised by all that is included
