The gentlemen that picked up our furniture were very polite and gracious and they did an excellent job of getting the sofa out of the house. They were quick and efficient. We will definitely call Habitat again.

Communication from Resupply was great both by email and text messages. We knew when they were coming, who they were etc. Well done.

Unfortunately the actual provider - Green Bay Junk Removal did not arrive between the agreed upon hours and never let us know. We hung around all morning and then finally decided to go out and do our errands. They finally arrived around 3:00pm. A simple message that morning letting us know they were not coming until the afternoon would have been appreciated.

The two gentlemen that took our donations worked very hard, know what they were doing, and were respectful of our home.

The gentlemen who removed the donation were professional and polite. I really appreciated notifying me when they would arrive and all the information on the vehicle. I recommend this company to anyone that needs to donate.

They were courteous, professional and efficient in getting the items donated to their truck. No problems and everything went really well.

The drivers arrived between the scheduled hours of 12-5, arriving at approximately 3:15pm finished by 4. The drivers, although very friendly(which is why I left them a tip), when they arrived, seemed rushed and said they needed to be back to the Goodwill store for unloading before they closed.  I overheard them talking and saying they needed to "hurry to pick up their kid".  In their rush, they were banging the wall, dropping things, and did damage to the 1 dresser. They did not take everything I listed for pick-up saying they don't take  certain items like bed frames or the slightly marred items. As for the “marred items”, some just needed to be simply cleaned. Some of the furniture was very good quality and in great condition being from the 1960's! Also it was stated to me that some items that were in perfect condition would have been just taken to the dump as not usable (computer desks, TV stands, an end table & coffee table). If these items aren't things you take for donation, just send them to the dump or leave behind as trash, they shouldn't be options on the list you provide. My impression was that these items go to people in need, or are sold for profit to benefit those in need. The things not taken were definitely sellable. If I would have known it would be like it was, I would have rented a truck & taken all the stuff myself to a shelter. This is what I intend to do with all the items they said would have been taken to the dump.

First driver waited for less than 5minutes (I live on the 23FL) and left without ever attempting to contact me. I ran out with 5 bags full of clothes and he drove off without even looking sideways.Ended up standing outside for over 30min till the next driver came.

The service was on time and respectful. However, they went up on the cost by $50 at the last minute. I did not appreciate that.

I love how convenient it is to schedule quick pickups with Resupply, and the cost is very reasonable too.

The team was right on time, in great spirits, and super helpful with loading the donation! We were overall extremely please with the experience!

The service and staff was great from scheduling a pick up. The staff was great to talk with over the phone. Very informative from the first step to the last step of picking up the items. The young man that picked up the items was so polite he did an awsome job with receiving the items and loading them. Customer service was very informative and detailed with text messaging and telling me about the process about the schedule of arrival and what time and date to have items ready and prepared. Thank you so much the whole process was eazy and the items that were donated were my mother and father final wish upon their passing their items were to be donated to help others in need. Excellent customer service,from the 1st phone call to the informative emails to the last text message 👍 👏 great job I can't thank you enough. This was my first time making a donation to the salvation army for pick up services and using ReSupply services. Thank you .

The set up of having my "stuff" picked up was smooth and seamless ( all done on line ). Payment was done on line with confirmation. The pick up was done by Luv Junk and Jordan and Jason were a hoot. Very respectful and funny while they did an amazing job of getting all the items.
